Get me a straitjacket...I can't stop testing my pee because I've lost my mind.

In a nutshell;
-Been with hubby now 10years, married for 2
-Decided to start trying for a baby
-Never been on the pill, all hail the wonders of condoms
-I ovulated on the 4th June and baby danced on both 4th and 5th
-Im taking STUPID tests every single day (cheapo amazon and SD)
-all were negative but of course I'm testing TOO EARLY
-and breathe...

I need some direction ladies. Why am I feeling so intensely crazy? I can't even wait another 5 days till period is due. Okay so I feel some weird symptoms, like a period pain type of niggling pain every night, a silly tonne of flatulence and hysteria. I just can't stop testing.

I even had a very vivid and incredibly real dream this morning that 2 lines appeared. So I tested but still a BFN.

How can I stop myself from testing every day? Has anyone else been a mad woman and done this?

I promise I won't use my super expensive splurge gold plated digital test till Sunday. Purely cuz they will show up a big middle finger at me and I've spent stupid money on them lol. I need me some savers strips to bide my time!

I've got one for tomorrow and one for Sunday. I'll be 11dpo on Sunday.

Last time got my BFP at 10dpo on a FRER 🤞🏼

Trying to wait till I see a hint of a line on a strip test first but who am I kidding

Lol. I'm on my commute home and although I've promised myself not to use the CLear blue digital till Sunday....I'm now thinking I should because if it's positive then that would make a brilliant birthday present for my mum (it's her bday today)

Don't waste it! The digital ones are known to be not as strong as the others.. so it will probably come up as a negative.

I'm not late BUT I think I'm out this month. Just a v v strong feeling that it's not gonna be this go. Am a bit disappointed but ok.

@mrsgembles I'm like you.. Not late yet but almost convinced that it isn't my month either. :( Although i know full well that when AF does come.. i will still cry. Can't believe I am only on Cycle 2 and im this stressed already. Dunno how you ladies do it!

Caved and did another strip test. Shiny white BFN. Wondering if I should wait a few days before using the FRER 😩

@mrsgembles keep positive, it could still happen! I feel same as you though. AF in 3 days but I do feel like this month the train has passed and I'll have to wait for the next one (this my first month ttc too).

I think all you ladies on this thread have helped me stay at least a little sane (we're gonna forget that I've still tested everyday). It's a good feeling knowing although this is such a testing process, that we are not alone. And if one of us is crazy well then we all are and there's always safety in numbers

I know if I was I'd have super sensitive smell and metallic saliva by now, and I don't. Also toddler just pooed all over himself/the floor and I didn't gag - if even faintly pregnant that'd make me want to throw up.

TBH I just watched such a harrowing video from somebody trapped inside the Grenfell fire that everything else just feels trivial now. Sat here just in bits now. So so so sad. My womb issues are so so tiny in comparison.
