Get me a straitjacket...I can't stop testing my pee because I've lost my mind.

In a nutshell;
-Been with hubby now 10years, married for 2
-Decided to start trying for a baby
-Never been on the pill, all hail the wonders of condoms
-I ovulated on the 4th June and baby danced on both 4th and 5th
-Im taking STUPID tests every single day (cheapo amazon and SD)
-all were negative but of course I'm testing TOO EARLY
-and breathe...

I need some direction ladies. Why am I feeling so intensely crazy? I can't even wait another 5 days till period is due. Okay so I feel some weird symptoms, like a period pain type of niggling pain every night, a silly tonne of flatulence and hysteria. I just can't stop testing.

I even had a very vivid and incredibly real dream this morning that 2 lines appeared. So I tested but still a BFN.

How can I stop myself from testing every day? Has anyone else been a mad woman and done this?

Nothing wrong with those cheapo tests! I used one with just one drop of wee when we got in from our holiday at 3am. I didn't need to go and I never thought it'd work on such a small amount but there was a super strong BFP! (2nd baby, am now on 3rd!)

One drop of wee?! I need me some of that. Except I'd have a waterfall and still it's not enough to produce a line. Congrats on all 3 bubbas, if your womb could have a chat with my womb, id be forever greatful

Tried for 3 years for no 2 and no 3 was a complete suprise (5 months after I'd given birth to DS2!) It'll happen I thought for ages that the cheapo sticks were wrong because I had no results on them but no! I used to test early on an ovulation stick as well if I recall... can't remember the science/reasoning now though.

Sake. I just couldn't help myself could i. Period due today and woke up to nothing. Took a test (not with first pee) negative. No period still. WTF!!!

Omg @MummyGofboys....you caved! Did you use cheapo test or clear blue? I don't know whether I should 'treat myself' to a digital test for the weekend lol

I caved and did an internet cheapie today. Obvs it was negative. I am an IDIOT.

I'm due on Mon BUT I had EWCM 12 days later so I think I ovulated a bit early. Did the sex stuff twice that day and the next. So I figure if I test on Sat I could get a + test. Feeling a bit more desperate about it all than I did in Jan (miscarried in Apr), like I really really need this. Kidding myself I'll be fine but will be upset if I have to go back to the drawing board again if it's -.

*i mean 12 days after period, not 14

Sorry to hear about your miscarriage. That's totally understanble about feeling desperate. I have two boys. One 3, one 4 and desperate for number 3. Like obsessive about it 😂😂

My cramps have suddenly disappeared as has my craving to POAS.... Which is weird....maybe it's something I ate....

So I think now that I have no prego symptoms (sniff) i think it's a given that AF is currently on her train to come visit me on Saturday.

I'm not even tempted to buy the digital test (seriously wtf has happened to my head in the space of 5 hours?)

(I'll still wake up to pee on some crappy paper tomorrow morning)

I have one cheapie pee stick left. Might just get husband to hide it until Sat!

Husband has just suggested we go to our local beer garden shortly so am going to have a G&T and not obsess about my boobs!

I say we start a petition. First two digital pregnancy tests to be free per month. I've spent silly money on cheap super drug and Co op and sainsbury and Internet cheapie's....yet I think buying a digital one is too expensive lol.
I just can't deal with paying 11 quid and it say the words "not pregnant".

Where's that G&T...

Rule with me is only to use cheapies until I see a whisper of a line, they're the most sensitive anyway, I find.
