Hi sushine and mrsunsure123 thanks for the advice. I would love to go to doctors right now but dont think my confidence could take another "your too fat" rant yada yada yada. I swear, if i was to go in with a sore toe they would blame it on my weight :(

sunshine i hope your appointment goes ok :) Ive looked into B6 but usure as to what dosage i should buy ? ive also read you should take it alongside b12? I currently take 5mg folic acid, iron tablet, vitamin d and hight dose vitamin c which ive just started taking this month. oh takes wellman conception (when i wave it in front of his face lol ).

mrsunsure i can imagine ur frustration :( sometimes my spotting is brown or pink. i used to get excited that it was implantation spotting - ur bodies aresuch a conundrum [confussed]

have any of you guys read "taking chargeof your fertility"? I have in a bit to try get and understanding of what this spotting is all about and find it really interesting. After all those years of teachers etc making you believe you could get pregnant just buy looking at a boy - we all should have been taught about our bodies and the realisation now is its so bloody hard to get pregnant Angry

mascaraisamust · 28/06/2016 18:34

Mrs, try to stay calm. Our bodies do strange things, just keep going with the progesterone and you will have answers soon. Stressing will do you no good, keep busy and 14dpo will be here in no time!

Glad to hear you're feeling a bit better today Mrs.

Lucy, I think you're best to take the B vits in a B50 complex. Agnus castus is another one that could help (again didn't work for me.) I do understand how frustrating it is when GP's mention your weight, both my private and NHS consultant think that if I gain weight it will give my hormones the boost they need to conceive. Unfortuntely it hasn't helped so far.

Really not looking forward to my appt tomorrow as I'm fairly sure I'll come away from it feeling disappointed and upset, but if I don't get anywhere will look around for another clinic even though will have to travel quite far. Sad

Good luck Sunshine, I'll be thinking of you too! Don't leave that clinic without a prescription for progesterone or clomid! x

Sorry to hear this Mrsunsure, please don't give up though I can understand how frustrating it must be to feel like it isn't working.

Thanks for thinking of me, appt isn't until tonight but I'll let you know how it goes. x

Ah Mrs, gutted for you. Please just take a 'mental' break from it all and see what life throws at you. I hope the clinics help you soon, I'm still sure you will get your bfp. Goodness you all deserve it.

Sunshine hope the clinic goes well x

Mrs you will get answers but life is for living and unfortunately TTC can become all cosuming and a huge drain. Keep pushing for further investigations but please don't let this rule your life and define who you are. Take care xx

Friendlycav · 30/06/2016 09:30

Sending you a huge hug Mrs, I really empathise. This is a really testing and lonely time and it is so frustrating when you think you are doing absolutely everything you can but your body still lets you down. I hope you are feeling better this morning, I think a break from it all will do you good. I agree with everything Mascara said and thank you for all your amazing support x

I went to see my GP yesterday and he agreed to get my FSH levels re-tested on the NHS so at least that's one less thing I need to pay for. I'm getting my AMH tested today, privately. I'm 13dpo so will be testing tomorrow, I'm not hopeful as I only managed to dtd once during my fertile window as DH was away with work :(

Sunshine, how are you doing? x

sunshinegirl12 · 30/06/2016 13:43

It didn't go too well, the consultant thinks its due to my low AMH level that we haven't conceived and that poor egg quality is also the reason for the short luteal phase. He said we shouldn't wait around just trying and should try to have further help ASAP. So as soon as I get my BMI up (half a stone to go) we will be going down the IVF route. Its not ideal but aslong as we get there in the end.

Nearly forgot to say, he did also prescribe 3 months of cyclogest but I've pretty much lost hope that that will be enough to help.

Hope everyone else is ok xx

Friendlycav · 30/06/2016 19:58

Thanks for letting us know Sunshine and hope you are ok. It may not have been what you were hoping to hear but better the devil you know and at least you know where things stand. I still think Cyclogest will work for you, so will keep my fingers crossed for you. I get my AMH result next week and have a consultation with a new fertility clinic on Weds, I'm pretty sure I will be told the same thing as you. Good luck with getting your BMI up xx

mascaraisamust · 30/06/2016 20:47

Sunshine you've got nothing to lose trying the cyclogest. Will the IVF be on the nhs, can be recommend a referral for it? X

mascaraisamust · 30/06/2016 20:48

Good news about the tests too friendly x

Friendlycav · 01/07/2016 08:13

BFN for me this morning :(

Sunshine, did you ask about clomid? x
