Hugh enjoys ISW and his love affair with Doreen. He watches out for skittle tits and weepyitis. Mrs Arseholey Fucknut (Af) shows up when you least want her but brings wine and soft cheese as a consolation prize.

We don't have rules as such but expect to be talked down from the ledge with kind and well meaning but firm words if you get too hysterical. But most importantly don't convince yourself you're pregnant in the tww That is paramount! It messes with your head and makes you crazy crazier

We don't get a lot of baby dust in these here parts. We want a fanny full of determined Doreen, not unicorn farts and gnome tears with extra sparkle. We've been going a while now so the novelty has somewhat worn off and we're slightly battle scarred and bruised in the cervix area.

Haha if it helps, tell your OHs that they've just got to be brave and take one for the team now as when that BFP comes, sex is pretty much off the menu for the first trimester! We've always had a pretty healthy sex life but since our BFP, have done it 3 times. It's not even on my radar but yesterday I spilt ice cream down my top and saw my poor DH practically salivating on the sofa next to me. Hoping now I'm entering the 2nd trimester, I'll get some oomph back for his sake!

So tell your OHs they need to get it while they can!!

alice I haven't thought about POAS yet either. We are so well instructed it's 8dpo for me and I've got sore boobs and cramps as usual - pretty sure it'll be AF on time next week. But let's wait and see

You all are too funny. I also have noxious gas but that's just me. Dh does too so I quite happily fart in front of him to 'get him back' since he is way worse than me. I'm actually starting to think I have a dairy intolerance. That would be the saddest thing ever as cheese is pretty much my best friend.

We're away this weekend for a 'country escape.' Booked a room with a lake view...got here and have been given a dirt road/service entrance view. Hotel has no availability to swap and are blaming hotels.com. I was so upset as it was supposed to be a lovely relaxing weekend away and we spent a lot more than we usually do. Ended having a big cry and poor dh stayed to comfort me instead of watching the football in the bar!

I'm in a land where my cycles are getting longer and longer. Cd35 today yay! I just want it done because I need to hit next month haaard, mainly because we have to stop for the wedding.

I so hope you're pregnant Russ but boy, have I been there so many times! I swear our bodies really play tricks on us because they want to reproduce so much! I realised when I first started trying a lot of what I experienced was all symptoms of AF that I hadn't really given attention to before. Like my nipples tingle when I'm due on but i must have just ignored it!

Hope everyone is having a great weekend. I'll be spending all of it doing a period dance!

I usually release the stinker a week before AF but none of that happened this time. Where's the shhhmelly gas when you need it the. You know AF is definitely coming in style! So fat chance of that so far. Woke up with no sore/tender boobs as such. Which always indicates that AF is coming. But nothing so far. Some brown-ish discharge inside. Girls are saying - do no trust the boobs! I just don't know what to trust or not anymore. I've never experienced anything like it this time and so confused! CD33 today and all could shout WTF! DH is looking petrified haha
I used to work for oil company in the Northern part of Iraq. Run the office for 4 years. And now back at home with my DH and at "it" like rabbits hahaha
Oh and no POAS anymore!

Sorry to hear about the rubbish view Bluebird. It's a shame when you're excited about something special, do your best, then someone else mucks it up. Hopefully you and DH can still enjoy some quality time together.

Fx that is hysterical!!! Another sign that made me think I was preggers was cervix was high. Now let me rephrase that...I could never bleeding find Hugh so actually what I mean is that it was spacious up there, rather than the tighter space it is just before AF arrives. How's yours?!

Ladies...help! Tell me to stop right now. Mind is in over drive!!! It's cd 18 and I've had the tiniest bleeding, mostly just pinky brown tinted cm and some af like light cramps. It's all stopped a few hours on. Can it be ib? Wouldn't be unusual if it was cd 24 onwards. Cycles are normally 28-30 days with some spotting in the days leading up. So long to wait.....

Never trust the boobs!!

Hmmm no I still can't see the threat - just the most recent post? Anyway, my cervix is high and hard like a little squash ball at the moment. Not sure what to make of that. I am so confused went out tonight and didn't booze just in case, no one batted an eyelid when I said I was in a no sugar diet, I clearly need to lose weight!! The stinky farts were a worry though, fortunately I managed the situation by standing near some large guys and just gave them the odd dirty look or eye roll. My sincere (but unspoken) apologies to them!

I'm done with getting het up about it all, I guess whether I know or not it makes no difference. I should still be exercising, eating right and not drinking whether I'm upduffed or not so I'm just putting it out of my mind now.

Also like your booze avoidance tactics. I was thinking if I am duffed up this cycle I've got a tricky drinking scenario fast approaching... My DH's grandparents are getting back on the May bank holiday! All in law family comes together! Post wedding champagne will be supped! I don't think "no sugar for me" would cut it.

Anyway highly unlikely I am so I'll leave that bridge until by some miracle I need to cross it.

Just woken in middle of the night to see a text message from my 91 year grandma saying "please can you help me off the floor" I called my uncle and luckily they were already with her. She'd been on the floor a few hours but was okay. Really shaken up and can't get back to sleep now! I feel awful for her

That meant to say - DH's grandparents are getting Married on the bank holiday. Phone didn't believe me!

One of my friends said she had arrythmia and that the docs had asked her to stay off booze to see if it helped - you could try that?

Well, well, AF finally got me this morning! I'll trust my boobs next time as they never let me down pre-AF arrival. I'll never know why my OV day shifted last month and why I ended up with 34 CDs this time! Due to change of countries, from Iraq, permanently returning to the UK, due to unexpected redundancy which was done in a horrific way which prompted me to engage a solicitor to deal with it, it caused me a great deal of stress and upset, I won't lie.
Disappointed about this cycle but must be realistic about this journey and be aware of my age. Became 40 last month. Oh well, marching on, head high...

Stress can really effect ovulation, I hope your cycles settle Russ

On Thursday I'll be 14dpo but DH and I rush around that morning to get to ready for work, I'm going to have to wait til either AF, or Saturday. I'm getting my hopes up :(
