Hi all, thought I would start a new thread before we capped the earlier one. Here's hoping for more laid back BFPs and a bit of OT chat.

Everyone welcome, waiting to try, TTC, not preventing, being hopeful, and trying not to flip the fck out squinting at lines on sticks.

Weird isn't it Evans You've not started taking conception vitamins have you? I didn't spot before AF until I started them and it always started brown. They also delayed my period by a week so I stopped taking them!

BFN yesterday in time for my party so drank lots of wine DH was worse than me though. He got a bit emotional and I think he is worried about how he will feel for a new baby vs how he feels towards DS (he's stepdad). TTC really throws you for a loop and brings all those buried feelings to the surface, doesn't it? :(

Still AF hasn't turned up yet, so who knows! We will wait and see :)

sunny nope I didn't nothing different! Maybe our body just hears us stressing about it

Sienna, feel better soon, but in the meantime don't worry it won't have any effect on implantation, just get lots of rest!

I will test on Friday if AF has not arrived, and I don't get impatient before then. She is due on Tuesday.

I'll be testing around the 4th of May, no earlier than that. Quite busy the next few weeks so think it will come around quickly.....I hope! X

I'll be testing the 4th may too! Unless af arrives before... That's when the doctor told me I should test. It feels so long away!!

Ovia tells me to test in 4 days time. I had a very slight feeling of nausea just now and maybe a hot flush but could be all in my head only. No other symptoms apart from the odd spotting 4_5dpo.

I'm due to test a week today, don't think I can handle the wait for much longer though

Eek, jpeg we will be testing buddies then haha! I tested at 10dpo with dd2, I got a faint bfp but don't want to be testing this time unless I'm actually late. With dd1 I only tested after I was almost a month late, was very relaxed that time!

Ovia is saying I should test given the lack of AF :/ don't want to, hate doing them especially if they're likely to be negative.

I would hang on for a few days then Evans, unless you want to drink or anything like that.

Pfft, any app that told me what to do would get deleted (except Fitbit, because I'm obsessed)! I wouldn't test either, but mainly because I always ended up peeing on my hand inadvertently

Common sense should definitely overrule apps!! Don't let TTC drive you crazy!!!!

I need to remember that when we actually start trying!!!

Oh and yeah to peeing on your hand. When I tested with DS I peed in a cup and dipped it in because I was so nervous I knew it wouldn't be pretty!!

Morning all. Well after my BFN on Friday, AF still hasn't arrived (4 days late now) so I will prob test again in a few days.
My cycles have been all over the place since coming off the pill so unlikely to be pg but worth a try!

Hi everyone. I made a brief appearance on the original thread. I'm 32, TTC no1, cycle 2 of properly trying.
Wispa I've just been & bought some royal jelly tablets. After you mentioned them I googled them & thought the claims sounded pretty good. Can't hurt!

Although Ovia says I should do it in 3 days I just did a hpt and it was BFN . I had my few hour spotting 5d dpo which was 7days ago.
