Glad all ok Mas and starlight, massive relief for you both.
These little babies are not behaving!

Vicki is fine, obviously having a few worries about things but scan went well and they found a hb, but you still worry don't you.

Having more of a rest this aft, altering our snug curtains and making pelmets for the 2 windows.

Ds is at my mum and dads today and they've said they'd have him overnight too (it'll be the last time before he starts school on the 14th eek!) So at least I've got the rest of the day/tomorrow morning to do them.
Thank god pips are the right size!!

No started yet as we've been running round Cov trying to get bits sorted for the house, just off to the reclamation yard, then home. I'm bloody starving, need a wee and thirsty lol.

MAS7 · 04/09/2015 22:42

Fantastic they found a hb for Vicki... Pass on my congrats!

I didn't have a scan Louise, just went on the CTG monitor for a bit and baby decided to move loads and embarrass me! I had another scare today though as it went all quiet again and none of the usual tricks would make it move. I got all panicked and made hubby come home early from work so he could watch DS while I went back to hospital... By the time he got here baby was moving again. It seems to have had an active evening which is good but I'm getting worried about the change in routine... Growth scan due 16th Sep. how are you doing?

Chagger123 · 05/09/2015 10:12

Hi all.

I'm new to posting on ANY site so please bear with me!

I am currently on the trial and am 10 weeks on Monday. All going well so far...touch wood...touch everything.

I've been lurking for the past 6 weeks and have been encouraged and comforted by all of your posts, stories and pasts.

I have had 8mc's over the last 4 years. 6 between 5/6 weeks and the other two missed mc's although we did get to see a heartbeat once....

I'm on the trial via St Mary's in Paddington - being very well looked after. :)

The reason I have come out of hiding is because of this talk of a FB group and a distinct fear of missing out on all of the news!

Despite how inactive I am, is there any chance of following the FB group too?

Best of luck to all x

Choccywoccydodah · 05/09/2015 16:52

Welcome chagger!! I so very sorry about all of your losses, but massive congrats!! on your pregnancy!!
I hope you've had an easy time so far. Will message you re FB group x

Kazz2112 · 05/09/2015 19:04

Hey ladies. Just trying to catch up on everything after my holiday. Just back and I'm exhausted and freezing.

Glad to see that everyone else seems well on here!

Could someone please add me to the Facebook group?

Choccywoccydodah · 05/09/2015 19:16

Kazz I messaged you on FB a few days ago as it wouldn't let me add you as a friend. Wonder if its gone into others?
Hope you had a great hol x

MAS7 · 05/09/2015 20:47

Mm, might have to join Facebook... Can you actually do it privately? Just not comfortable with my life out there for anyone to see.

LouiseM1987 · 05/09/2015 20:59

MAS yes join ! You can set your profile so only friends can see (it's what I have as I don't post anyway and don't think I'd be very interesting to others ha) the group
Is private so no one knows ! X

MAS7 · 05/09/2015 21:12

I'm on! How do I find the group?

LouiseM1987 · 05/09/2015 22:41

You can pm any of us and we can add you :)
Sorry my battery died kazz I hope you had a lovely holiday xx

Motherhen88 · 07/09/2015 12:54

Hello ladies, I've spent all morning trying to find a thread like this. So glad I came across it.
First of all I wanna say I'm sorry for all your little angels and tough times, it's truly the hardest thing any woman can have to deal with.
Well I'm currently 4+3 on the trial up at guys hospital in London after joining back in April.
I couldn't of joined any quicker after my 4th mc in March, like many of you all tests have come back fine. I also have a 19 month old so Drs seem very dismissive and say it's just bad luck.
I'm really looking to see how everyone has found being on the trial and good luck to everyone else trying to scrape in before the dead line.

I hope you don't mind me gate crashing x

Vicki272 · 07/09/2015 15:37

Hey ladies!!

Sorry have been a bit useless on this over the past few weeks - all i seem to do is bloody sleep and puke!!

Had a good 6 week scan - saw the little heart beating like crazy which is amazing as we have never seen that before. we lost 2 before scans and one was a mmc, picked up at the first scan.

I'm up and down to be honest, spent the weekend not feeling sick and wondering where it was, worrying like crazy! Now it is back with a vengeance!! Yuk! I can put up with it if it means that everything is okay.

I keep feeling really light headed and there are nosebleeds a plenty!!! Did anyone else have that?

If everything is still okay, i am 7 weeks today...

Hello Mother and Chagger! Welcome, these ladies are amazing, i don't know what i would have done without them...

I promise i will be better with the thread again!!!

How is everyone? xx

Motherhen88 · 13/10/2015 08:07

Hello ladies I know this board has gone quiet but I was wondering if any of you could help.
To the ladies on the trial having the injections, do any of you feel drained and completely wiped out about an hour after your jab?
I'm getting to the point that it's wiping me out for about 3 hours, I have hot flushes and get very dizzy but I'm absolutely fine up until I take it. Is it just me??
Any advice will be appreciated as I don't have an app for 2 days yet x

sizethree · 13/10/2015 09:39

Hi motherhen, we've migrate over to a Facebook group as mumsnet had a few meltdown days back in September where there was I access.
I didn't experience any side effects from the injects but was utterly knackered for the first trimester. Is it definitely injection related and not to do with blood sugar levels dipping layer in the day? I always got my 'morning' sickness kicking in at dinner time onwards into the eve as that's when I was most when out after work - and also when I took my injection.
Do give you'd trial. It's a call. She/he will be able to advise over the phone instead of having to wait until your appointment.

sizethree · 13/10/2015 09:40

That last sentence was meant to read'do give your trial nurse a call....'

Motherhen88 · 13/10/2015 10:33

Oh have you how can I find you all on fb? Yea I'm sure it's injection related because it's doesn't matter what time of day I do it, it always happens about an hour after. X

sizethree · 13/10/2015 10:52

Are you doing your injections at the same time each day though? There's a small window in which you should be injecting. How many weeks are you now?
One of the ladies on this thread set up the Facebook group. The details I think are a few pages earlier in this thread. If you personally message choccy through here she can add you on. (She's due any day so be quick!) x

Motherhen88 · 13/10/2015 11:07

Oh il have a look back through here then and see of I can find it. All my injections are done within the time frame. I'm 9+4 and been doing them for 6 weeks now x

sizethree · 13/10/2015 12:04

I'd definitely give your trial nurse a call today. They're here to support with any concerns like that. But try and take it as a good sign that you're maybe on the drug not the placebo!
There's a few of us on the Facebook group. Ones just had her baby and a handful are nearly at full term. There's twins too!

Marchgirl · 13/10/2015 15:27

Hi motherhen. If you pm me your fb name and a description of your pic i can add you as a friend and then add you to the group (think i might be able to do it from email as well?)

Motherhen88 · 13/10/2015 15:48

Ok thanks il message u now x

Vicki272 · 13/10/2015 17:46

Sorry ladies! Wrote a big old post saying all of the above and it didn't post!! Blummin mn! Glad you got sorted montherhen! X
