Couldn't get on at all yesterday due to the ddos attack. How did your scan go vicki?

Had mine this morning and all looking good. Measuring a day ahead at 10+1, and very relieved as the haematoma has finally gone. Booking in is this Thursday. Think I'll probably cry buckets. Then 12wk scan on 9th sep

Yay! Great news march that's brilliant! I bet you will cry... i did yesterday i was so relieved!

Just got to keep everything crossed it keeps progressing as it should. xx

Great news vicki and March! When is your next scan Vicki?

Im 24+5 today and just got MATB1 from the midwife, starting to feel real! Still too scared to buy anything though...

Wow MAS that is a big thing!

Next scan for me is Tuesday now, at 9.30am. Glad it is an early one... was really hard to focus yesterday with the scan looming at 5.30pm. xx

I bet that was the longest day ever. Who did your scan? I think they are finding it harder to get scans now that Dr L has gone. What did your scan date you at, do they hope to see a heartbeat next Tuesday? Keeping everything crossed for you. x

Is it Valla? I think that was her name? She was lovely but had to get Prof Brosens in to check everything over.

The scan yesterday didn't date as there is technically nothing to measure, they said it would be good if they could see a yolk sac at 5 weeks, which is essentially what we got. Don't know if they can measure next week?

Not sure on the heartbeat, they keep saying not to be disheartened if we get nothing next week, they will just bring us back so keeping an open mind.

Hope we do get one though, that would be so reassuring.

How do i find the facebook page? xx

Hi ladies, couldn't get on til now, I tried all afternoon and evening yesterday even downloaded the app and couldn't get on!!

So relieved for you Vicki, fabulous news!!!!! Hopefully you'll be able to relax this next week.

March, fantastic too!!! So glad all looking good in there :)

So had growth scan and consultant appt.
All ok, pip growing on the same line (just above average) which is also the same as DS so all good. Now est 4lb 9oz (31+2)
Next one in 5 weeks then they will talk me through the birth etc. Looked around their new birth centre and it's bloody beautiful so quiet and relaxing, so if I can get in there I think I may bin the home birth tbh. Am still torn. The closer it's getting, I'm a bit anxious about things going wrong and would rather be in the best place for Pip. Hospital is 20-25 mins away from us. However consultant said mc history is on their 'exclusion' list of being able to go in so she said as long as pip stays growing at the same rate she'd pull some strings and talk to the Lucina manager. Also spoke to D and again she said she'd speak to the supervisor of MWs to get me in. After all they'd rather me be in there and be moved into labour ward which is literally a corridor away, rather than me be at home and have to rush me in if anything happened.
I really REALLY do not want to go the the ward.
Been told they won't let me go past 7 days overdue, so he will be here by my birthday on 1st Nov ???? Best pressie ever!!

My dd was born on my birthday and it is brilliant choccy. Hopefully you'll get lucky on the dates too! Great that all looks good

Your consultant sounds really nice choccy. I spoke to my community midwife today about how my consultant app went re trying for a natural birth after c section... She said I should ask for a second opinion from another consultant. Think I will have to but don't want to get a reputation as a trouble maker!

That's great seeing a yolk this early Vicki, looking good!!

Why are you so against labor ward choccy? Have you been there before or heard something terrible? I've been told I've got to be on the ward.

We had DS in Surrey no experience of UHCW.

Great news on the scans Vicki & March.
I've got my 12week scan on Friday & hand back my meds...abit nervous about stopping injections, I've come to rely on them.

No, I've not been on the ward MAS as I had DS in Wales, I just hate hospitals with a passion!! So the less time in there and less intervention as possible the better!!

Choccy id prefer to be on the ward :| I've heard how nice the Lucina is but I can't picture giving birth let alone giving birth on the floor ! Plus I've requested a c section as I just want to make sure he gets here safely but I don't think I'll get one anyway.
I've just made an appt to have a pregnancy massage as I'm suffering from a really bad back but it's mid back !

It's for the rmc board (though you'd all be more than welcome of course), but with all that's been going on with mn, i did wonder whether we might want a response one on fb, so we can still keep in touch if mn goes down completely

brilliant news on scan Vicki glad bleeding has settled down and you know baby is where it should be.

choccy glad all in track for pip size wise, can't believe how quickly your due date is approaching.

Glad to hear all scans have gone well.. And fab news baby isn't ectopic!
All has been well with me - still finding time drags though.. Only 16 days until my 20 week scan :D

I'm handing my medication back thursday and my 12 week scan I'm so nervous and time is dragging, I braved meeting my friends 2 week old daughter today (my 1st m/c would have been same age) and it was harder than I thought but so nice to see her so happy.....

I think a response page on facebook would be good too, the recurrent miscarriage one is brilliant and defo worth joining for times like last few days.....
