lilygirl81 · 28/07/2015 16:45

I'm at that stage of the work day when there really isn't any point in starting something new so browsing the threads Blush

RalucaMorena · 28/07/2015 17:04

I also need the distraction girls...
Been stuffing my dh with vit c today. Grin

BeauticianNotMagician81 · 28/07/2015 17:12

Ral I'm going to try and convince DH to take vitamin c he's the kind that says if it happens it happens but k know deep down how much he wants another child of his own to do the whole baby thing again

RalucaMorena · 28/07/2015 17:15

Well, basically I told dh that is not enough that I keep healthy. He also needs to take care of himself. I also said that I will seize pestering him asap (as soon as baby arrives ). So I have him a handfull of vits and water and watched as he dutifully took them. Grin

frogbubbles · 28/07/2015 17:26

Ha! Charming Nom. Enjoy the dinner out, I'm just heading out of the door to meet some friends for a cheeky midweek gin WineWine

BeauticianNotMagician81 · 28/07/2015 18:18

Hi Frog good luck for this month which cb trial is it

eskimoflo · 28/07/2015 18:29

Hi everyone. Just place marking and giving everyone a wave

On Day 2 of the clomid (cd3) and trying to keep my chin up, although I've been reading some stories about anovulation and scaring myself a bit Sad

Have you got any party poppers left over from that pity party Frog?

On a brighter note, it stopped raining just long enough for me to have a decent walk with the dogs earlier. They were climbing the walls, so it was good to get out!

DizzyMerry · 28/07/2015 18:55

Enjoy your dinner out nomio.

Good luck for this cycle frog.

Eskimo I've read lots of success stories on here and other sites with 100mg clomid. Fx it works like magic for you.

BeauticianNotMagician81 · 28/07/2015 18:57

Eskimo I'm sure you will do well on the clomid think positive. Its horrible being stuck inside stupid weather.

Hairstylisttoboris · 28/07/2015 19:10

eskimo I'm sure the clomid will be prepping your ovaries nicely now, this is probably just what you need.

froggie welcome back! I'm at the back of the bus on the ad bus having a mini pity party of my own. Remind me where you are in your cycle?

lily welcome :) have you managed to be up duffedded before? Is this to conceive number 1 in your family? How old are you? Tell us about you :)

Pixa · 28/07/2015 19:16

Ladies, I hope you are all well. Sorry I don't keep as up to date as before, it's been difficult coming to terms with things. We are both nervous and excited that we have our first adoption information event coming up though.

Spinning so sorry for AF. Flowers

Pixa · 28/07/2015 19:17

Eskimo your walk sounds lovely. Stay positive. You will get there.

Hairstylisttoboris · 28/07/2015 19:20

Oh pixa adoption? That's cool. Is night still around? She researched adoption. Will you get possible blockages etc looked into as well? We miss you.

chopsface · 28/07/2015 19:25

What a lovely intro nomio Smile

Keeping you company on your journey to parenthood :-) x

Pixa · 28/07/2015 19:31

Boris I think it was fostering that Night researched, I am really lucky because I sit with social work professionals at work so can ask lots of questions and have a good understanding of the type of backgrounds some adopted children come from. We will look into why DH has a zero sperm count and what, if anything, can be done about it but we won't rush intro IVF. We want to explore all of our options and make sure we are making the best choice for us.

DH is open to donor sperm, but I am not. If we can't have our biological child, then we will have our adoptive child. We are just pleased that we can take some control back in what seems like a hopeless situation. Smile

lilygirl81 · 28/07/2015 19:36

hairstylisttoboris I've had 2 previous BFPs, but didn't manage to make then stick. They were about 8 years ago, and with a previous partner, so still fairly new at this.

We do have a fur baby, a 4 month old long coat chihuahua who is adorable.

I'm 34 and DH is almost 27, this is his first experience of ttc, don't think he realises the obsessive nature of a woman when ttc. If I don't catch my bfp this month, will have to hide my opk and thermometers!

Hairstylisttoboris · 28/07/2015 19:44

pixa great to hear to are getting control again and have possible options.

loopylou1984 · 28/07/2015 19:48

Place marking.
Will be reading, but probably not posting a lot for the rest of the summer. I will reply to everyone's comments to me later though. Xx
