I hope you all had a lovely break.

How are you feeling now Nicky? I think it could be a good idea to take the pressure off - if that's possible? Loads of people say that they struggled to conceive and then eventually they relax and it happens.

I simply cannot enjoy this pregnancy at all - even though I've had 2 scans I feel that I can't relax and believe that everything will be Ok. I haven't had a full nights sleep in weeks, and I constantly worry that at my next scan it's going to be a mmc.
Next scan is Wednesday 6th.
If I had my way, I would be scanned every single day for reassurance!!
I'm back at work tomorrow- it might be that once I have a big distraction I'll be OK - fingers crossed!

Hi, I had a lovely christmas, apart from throwing up after the christmas dinner MIL cooked!! Oopps!! I didn't overindulge either, I could barely touch it. Fingers crossed I've been fine since though.

I have some news, the baby is a boy!!! DH had a tear in his eye when the sonographer told us!

Mrs glad to hear things are going well with your two, apart from the worry which is to be expected after what you have been through. I worried enough and I haven't had a previous bad experience, so I can only imagine!! Not long to wait now till wednesday, let us know how it goes. How many weeks are you now? How often are they scanning you?

Nicky I took 7 months from when my periods started becoming regular, if yours have only just got back regular don't lose hope!! I'm sure by next new year you will be either very pregnant or cuddling a small baby and it might happen way before then. Don't give up, I totally believed it would never happen too. Lots of hugs xxx

mrs I can only.imagine how your feeling I was the same after a miscarriage a lot of years ago. It's an awful feeling and I too would of been scanned everyday...not too long to wait now till wed fingers crossed and let us know how it goes xx

Positivity sounds like the right thing Nicky it still is quite early days if only cycle 5/6! Will keep fingers crossed for you though!

I had my scan this morning. I'm at 9+4 and two babies are measuring perfect size with very healthy sounding heartbeats. Third baby is officially gone.
Hopefully I will be able to relax now. I only slept 2 hours last night as kept thinking the worst!
Next scan is on 22nd Jan when I will be 12 weeks. After that I will tell people! :-)

Mrs so pleased to hear that they are both ok! That's fantastic news!! Yes I'm delighted he's a little boy, hopefully he will be a cuddly little boy whose close to his mummy, and any future DC will get a big brother to stand up for them! Are you going to find out? Nicky do you have boys or girls I can't remember?

Hi mrs and violet hope you are both well...

I have 2 boys 13 and 5. I decided to do a random pregnancy test yesterday as I've been feeling really sick for good few weeks now I knew deep down it would be bfn and it was so not really sure why I did it as I had af as normal. I have a docs appointment on Wednesday so I'm going to mention the fact that I'm not 100% sure that I'm even ovulating!!! Last cycle I didn't get a positive opk but had the side niggle pain good few days after guided ov on my app but still nothing came of it...I'm not under any illusion that they will do anything other than settle my mind tho but that may make me feel little better I suppose xx

How did your docs appointment go Nicky?x

It was ok. She said not to do ovulation tests anymore as it's just making me really parinoid so I've just to calm down and just try not to ficus on getting pregnant for few months as it's not doing me any good!! She says it's good that my periods are becoming regular as it means I am ovulating. Also if I haven't conceived by October then they will start looking into things further. So fingers crossed if I calm down and chill out a bit it may happen...

How are you doing? Managed to get any sleep since your last scan?? Xx

That all sounds very sensible. Although easier said than done! How are you feeling about it?

I have started sleeping a bit better. I had a call from the hospital this morning, they asked if they could bring my scan forward as they would like me to be seen by a doctor because of the previous complication and because she knows I'm worried, so my next scan is next Thursday. The thing is, that's such an awkward day for me to be leaving work early without work knowing I'm pregnant! I'll have to wing it!!
I have had lots of cramping this week, which the midwife said is normal. She said also that many people expecting twins also bleed, but luckily I've not had any bleeding - not sure I could cope with the worry!! Xxx

I'm feeling ok about everything. Sort of looking at the situation as just relax and it will happen...just passed ov week again and again no symptoms of any sort but not gone at it hammer.and tongs either to put it bluntly lol...both been ill so not holding out hope for this month but I'm strangley ok with it....maybe it's because the doc has actually said and noted down that come October if no luck then things can be done which is a good thing I suppose xx

Glad you are feeling more positive Nicky.
Scan day is tomorrow indeed. I'm quite nervous, but trying not to get myself too worried.
I've not slept well since the day I found out about triplets which was about 6 weeks ago, so I'm totally exhausted! I had no idea that pregnancy would be this stressful. You hear mixed stories don't you, some people are so happy being pregnant and some people hate it!
If both of my twins are OK, I don't think I'll be doing this again!! Fingers crossed!!xxx

Aw bless you mrs. I totally hate being pregnant the whole 9 months for me are completely horrendous but that's because I make it like that as I always think the worse in every situation. Let us know how you're scan goes. Fingers crossed both babies are ok xx

Congratulations Mrs So glad they are both okay!! I have my 20 week scan on Monday. How many weeks are they in the pic and when is your next scan scheduled for?

Nicky how long will you have been trying and having proper cycles for come October? Hope it happens for you way sooner than that!!!

I'm 12 today, the scan was 11+5.
Next scan is on 17th February! Good luck with your 20w scan! Don't forget to send us a pic!! Xxx

We will of being trying for about 15 months come October but it will be 12 months of regular periods if they continue xx

Hiya, scan went really well thanks! He was a good boy an let the sonographer get all her measurements before having a crazy few minutes turning somersaults! She did say I have an anterior placenta so that explains why I haven't felt much movement yet, but said I should start to feel him more soon.
Mrs are you going to find out the babies genders? Xx

Hi ladies hope you and bumps are all well. Loving seeing the scan pics..making me realise that it does happen eventually.

I think af cycle 6 is imminent as I am horrible at present...moody emotional and hungry lol.. we have completely taken a step back and I've decided no more ov tests or planning when to dtd I'm just going to relax and see what happens over next few months. I have found a few crafty things I'm enjoying doing so my mind is slightly occupied enough for me not to sit and dwell on the situation. Xx
