No no no I'M not over 200kgs. One friend is over or close to 200kgs (I think she lost a little weight recently), the other one, last she told me I think she was 140kgs or so. I'm definitely overweight, but was using their weight (and easy conception) to point out that weight isn't always the only reason some people struggle and it will drive me mad if I hear "lose weight" before they'll at least try some other tests.
Some of you may remember, I have sleep apnoea (CPAP and all) and many moons ago it was discovered I have PCO (but I haven't had a scan since I emigrated). Neither of those things help with weight loss. The CPAP should be helping and I know it's at least stopped. I stopped drinking pop (softdrink/soda) over a month ago, I don't eat much candy or chocolate (lately not at all). I cook every day at home, I have soup for lunch... I think I need to move more so I'm working on that too.
And yes, to whoever asked, I'm in the US. They do lbs here but I was raised in Australia where we do kgs.
I'm still thrown by "baby gravy" :S
I read the tread someone pointed out above: www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception/2393523-Is-there-a-line-False-positive and I'm so happy for her :)
I haven't heard anything more about evil sibling and her pregnancy. Not due till Sept (apparently) likely no updates until then (or if I talk to my mother who I'm currently NC with).
My SIL's are unlikely to get pregnant anytime soon... I hope for both their sakes (and unstable relationships). I would be the first "cousin" on DH's father's side to have a child, and on DH's mothers side I found out last week that his 21 y/o cousin got his girlfriend (or ex-girlfriend, I lose track) pregnant so the pressure is off there too. Woot? We're definitely the eldest on his mother's side though :S
