The rain dried up here so I planted my peony (a quid from Poundland) and rearranged my Japanese maples and acers (everything is in pots in my 'yarden').

Frog, what are you reading? I hired Boyhood DVD from the library yesterday. It won tons at the Oscars and Patricia Arquette won Best Supporting Actress. I've loved her ever since I watched her in True Romance.

Mummy, I've already commented on fb about your worries. It is a horrible limbo you are in and I hope it is the very best news when you finally get this transvaginal scan

Purdie I'm reading girl on the train, tis one of my book club reads. One I would really recommend is the ice twins, some very good reviews for that book.

Purdie I don't have a chart this month as I didn't record anything on honeymoon, we didn't keep to any kind of routine so it wouldn't have been any good. Seriously nervous about poas but will post here as soon as I have! FX your chart continues to look good tomorrow!

Purdie It is absolutely gratifying. I do love the in-laws; they are so kind hearted and unbelievably welcoming. We often have the full family over (my immediate family and DHs immediate family). It's so great that they all get along well. I dream of the day we can have a big get together and tell them that our family will be expanding. I bet you wished you never asked, ha ha

Ice cream is difficult to explain but I will try. With some toppings (bounty, brownies, chocolate buttons, daim bar etc) on a marble slab (which is frozen after being in the freezer). Then we put a scoop of ice cream on top of the 'toppings'. Using chocolate making tools (picture attached), you chop the toppings, and mold the ice cream. It's great fun, interactive and adds a bit of theatre. It doesn't sound amazing but everyone loves it.and has to have a go.

I love a good peony! Sounds like you had a good day gardening. I found a random rhododendron in my garden today. Only been in this house for 20 months.

I'm also very impressed with your gardening prowess - I wish we could successfully grow food in our garden but we're not very good at remembering to water things.

Pixa Lovely to hear what a nice day you've had - I have a picture in my head of you and your lovely DH and all your families laughing and having a fab time all sat on your new furniture. It sounds like you have such a lovely relationship.

Purdie Yarden! I love that. My dad spent 30 minutes showing me round his garden today (I haven't been home since pre-Christmas). It really is his pride and joy. I was very impressed when I managed to name all the herbs he pointed out (including very specifically lemon thyme).

Pixa I think you should film a live demo of this ice cream performance and post it on FB for us to drool over. You can be like the Bumsnet Nigella.

Pug we are stocked up on preseed, syringes, OPKs and ICs. I feel like we are prepped for a battle haha!! So basically the plan is use everything mentioned and shag as much as possible.

I must say I think both purdie and chops tried to draw the line under this twice, it's a shame it escalated as it did. I feel I've made some wonderful friends here, so I shall be sticking around and hoping for happier times (and lots of bfps!) ahead

Pug I start off temping with good intentions then I forget, or the thermometer has fallen down side of bed and I can't be bothered to reach it, so it all goes to pot.

I should be "fertile" around the weekend in June which is bloody amazing as MrF works away!! I've also made him book off fertile weeks in July/august haha!!! So we are on it!!!
