Yes, we know all about how emotional and hard it can be! All the pros and cons, all about missing Aunty Flo's and wtf cycles with no ovulation, all about children being cute and pointy. No matter if you are five months or twenty months down the breastfeeding timeline, if you're ttc again, this is the thread to join! Welcome! Easter Smile

Can't remember who it was (duchess?) on the old thread shaking about opks - I would really recommend the clear blue dual hormone digital opks. They are on offer in boots atm Smile

Mumof1sofar · 03/04/2015 15:24

Forgot to say on my stats dc of 11 months Smile

AvaAmulet · 03/04/2015 15:38

Thanks Aurora!

AvaAmulet 35yrs
Ttc #2 - DD 23months and still bf on demand - down to a few feeds a day and a couple at most at night (unless poorly Sad )
been ttc since 6 months! AF returned at 16months - pretty regular-ish but light and short
cycle #1 since AF 'properly' returned (and got my hopes up Hmm)
AF/bfp was due today, at latest Sunday ... Bfn today but still no AF yet ... Not too hopeful tho as temps (=progesterone levels) seem to be quite low at mo.... Confused

AvaAmulet · 03/04/2015 15:45

Lol autocorrect (?) Mumo - I'm imagining Duchess shaking her poas around now, haha Easter Grin

auroraboringalis · 03/04/2015 16:27

Pleaaaasure! :)
Since we are adding details, I have had LPs of five days long since AF returned, now on B6 for two cycles to try and help it along, now down to bf 2xday unless dc is ill in which case on demand, bfp due 18 March if LP holds firm this time. Will try soy next cycle of no luck this one.

Thanks for the new thread Smile

Stats: MarysPrayer, 37, ttc#2 Dd is almost 2 1/2 years old, bf twice a day, AF returned around 8mths pp.

Got a bfp on cycle 3 (March 2015) mc @ 5 1/2 weeks 5 days ago Sad so I'm currently in what's known as the 'wtf' cycle. Confused
Bfp due sometime end of April. (?)

RosieRue52 · 03/04/2015 17:16

Thanks Aurora!

Ttc #2
DS 9 months
Bf on demand (2-3 xs a day)
No af
Got 1st postive opk 4days ago
Hoping to 'catch the 1st egg'

For those of you looking into temping, I highly recommend the BBT OUcare! It is a digital thermometer you can sink up to your phone which has an app that keeps track of everything. I will admit its a pain to try to 'sink' @ 6am, but you can also put it in manually. The best part about it is it charts the temps for you!

ispyfispi · 03/04/2015 18:01

Ooh Rosie, good luck trying to catch that first egg! Well done at least for noticing!
My stats age 31, ttc #4 (dcs 11,8 & 17m) bf on demand 2-3times/day lots at night Confused no AF yet (I wonder why?!)

auroraboringalis · 03/04/2015 19:57

rosie best of luck! I also tried to catch that first one! No AF yet, caught my positive opk after cutting down really sharply on bfing, then DTD a million times, and then blammo I only had a four day LP! For a while clung to the hope it was a heavy implantation bleed even and did a few pregnancy tests later too. Was totally gutted! Easter Sad But I've heard of so many women managing first cycle pre-AF so I hope you are brilliantly lucky! Easter Smile

Thanks for the new thread Aurora Grin

Here are my stats:

Duchess007, age 30, TTC No.2, DD 16 months feeding once a day (as of today!). AF returned about 4 months ago, but on cycle 1 of TTC. Currently CD38, not sure if I'm ovulating so will start temping and OPK's next cycle.

Duchess007 · 03/04/2015 20:07

Mumo - thanks for the recommendation. I'll have a look in Boots.

Ava - I did wonder for a sec what I'd be shaking! Lol Grin

Egog · 03/04/2015 20:21

Hello! Any room for a new one?

Egog, 31, TTC No. 2, DD 8 months, BF on demand (2x in day, 3x at night) No AF yet as just had implant out yesterday.

Am expecting it to take a while before my cycle settles, but wanted to settle in and say hello early on!

auxiliaryauroch · 03/04/2015 20:24

Fyi name change ladies! New month new name come on bfp! Easter Grin

auxiliaryauroch · 03/04/2015 20:25

Hallo egog welcome to the fold!

ispyfispi · 03/04/2015 21:08

Welcome egog! I had my implant removed when starting ttc #2 and stopped bf at the same time (dc1 was 20m) and conceived on 2nd cycle. Now that I've been ttc #4 for almost 9 months I've concluded that it was the bf as much as the implant acting as contraception ?? We're all different though so I hope things return to normal for you quickly Smile

AvaAmulet · 03/04/2015 22:34

Well, the witch has yet to get me Wink

I keep reminding myself of Mumo's wise words "it's not over till it's over" Grin

Egog · 03/04/2015 22:38

Thanks both!
When I had the implant removed last time I was ovulating very quickly again afterwards according to OPKs, so if things are similar I think BFing will slow things down this time.
I'm still feeding a fair amount, so who knows what effect that will have!

Mumof1sofar · 03/04/2015 22:46

Haha Ava, lol damn autocorrect but that image really made me laugh GrinGrinGrin

Mumof1sofar · 03/04/2015 22:52

Welcome egog.

Best of luck to all this month Smile

We are now at the in laws until mon but I shall be testing as usual in the morning & we may need to squeeze in some bd'ing tomorrow evening as I still haven't had my peak... Shock

peardrop2 · 03/04/2015 23:04

Ruth - I can't find that thermometer online! Is it really called BBT OUcare? Or did you make a mistake?

Hi to everyone on the new shiny thread Smile

AF has calmed down now so I'm feeling more human TG! I have my boobs back all to myself which is just the most weirdest feeling in the world! Blush I'm hoping that Clearblue receive my contract on Tuesday and send me my free goodies by the end of next week Wink

peardrop2 · 03/04/2015 23:05

Ava - still no AF? Fx fx fx

Mumof1sofar · 04/04/2015 00:00
