Nomio thank you so very much for that study. I have read it in its entirety and am so convinced I have booked an appointment online to see my GP. There are no adverse side effects but lots of really astonishing results. I was fascinated by the suggestion that it is not oocytes themselves that age but the follicular environment.

purdy that kind shows a + when you're positive and "-" when you're negative. The horizontal line is always there, you need the vertical which I definitely see dojo

I'm off the Jan bus pretty sure. AF arrived friday but light and still kinda light today. Going to test tomorrow to be sure. Purchased a Cb digital opk with the smilies. Going to attempt to get a bbt thermometer but I have a full faces cpap so not sure how accurate it will be.

Purdey pie! Ooops sorry for my earlier outburst.., I was just getting impatient and losing the plot with the CB smiles OPK as I've still no smiley!! ... But like I said, it's ridiculous.. It's coming and I just need to hold tight! I got more fertile cm tonight too so I imagine it's just around the corner! Off to AI now anyway... I am getting a BFP this cycle! Yes I am!! How are you?? Ha ha hilarious.. I try to be as healthy as poss so my body has the best chance with all the other nonsense it had going on! Coconuts- love them. So many benefits! Antibacterial, antiviral.. Many properties! The Lauric acid in coconut oil is really well digested in the body and quickly converted to energy too. Much healthier alternative to other oils. Oh it's great for skin/ hair too! Coconut milk I love and use for cooking lots as an alternative to dairy products which are not easily digested if you are sensitive to them in any way.

You were right the first time, once af arrives it will be cycle 16.

I have had day 3 and 21 bloods and all fine (I have the results but it's too late - and I'm a bit tipsy - to look for them now) and dh has had SA. His first came back borderline morphology so retested and all fine, but they didn't give us a breakdown.

Scan and follow up appointment both booked for end of April.

Sorry it's a 'me' post, will catch up with everyone tomorrow. Xx

Hey, can I re ask a question that got missed at the end of the old thread?

I've been to the GP AND HAD a referral to get bloods done. They're supposed to be day 21 bloods but as my last cycle was only 22 days the gp said I should get them done at 3 and 6dpo. Any opinions about this? If AF turned up on day 22, would my day 21 bloods be affected and therefore unusable? I'd like to get bloods done at the best timing, and only once if at all possible.

I should add my cycles are more usually 24 days.
