Hi everybody, gr33dy I am going to try to get an appointment at docs today. Bleeding has completely stopped now but preg test still showing positive :-(
Anybody know why that would be? Xx

No good news here, AF arrived yesterday, Was upset all day yesterday but have pulled myself together, ordered clearblue ovulation tests and am ready to go.....DH better watch out this month. I am getting me a BFP. (I hope)

epskie, do you think that you passed the tissue that was remaining? It could be that you didn't, or it could be that you did and your hormone levels haven't quite gone down yet. I got bfn about 2 weeks after mc finished I think. They need to scan you again though. Fingers crossed its all over but if not, it might be that they suggest erpc to get it over with. Big hugs.

CD9 here. Expect to ovulate around day 17 (ish- but I don't do tracking or anything)- my cycles are usually about 35 days. This is our first month of ttc. Not sure how I'll feel if it doesn't happen quickly. Last time I assumed it would take a few months and bam! pregnant on month 1. I was so shocked and really wished I'd had more time to get used to the idea. Now I think I just want it to happen quickly and I'll panic that something is wrong if it doesn't.
Hmmm. Must try to keep calm. Just want to do this the relaxed way but mc stole my innocence.

Sorry to see some new people here but welcome to the board :)

I'm CD8 and we've started DTD. Have also ordered some concieve plus after hearing bad stories about normal lube. We're going to shag shag shag unil CD20. I'm so anxious and nervous about it not working and seeing those blank tests at the end of the month again :( this is my 3rd cycle after MMC (including WTF) and I just want to be pregnant!!

treacle does that mean you got pregnant around Christmas eve?

Guy that could have been me that wrote that post! Our original plan was to start ttc January 2015 then July 2014 we had our happy suprise bfp which sadly ended in MC at 8 weeks. Knowing I can get pregnant on a one off has made actively trying so much harder. Before the MC I was quite calm (for me!) And knew it could take a while. Now I'll be so upset if AF arrives in 2 weeks time Plus I'm having a nightmare with OPKs!

Lovely news treacle i hope you have a smooth 8 months!
I'm with guy and melon in that TTC 3 times and was really lucky to fall each time in 1st month. Now had wtf and an AF and no bfp. I can only imagine how trying for months or years must be so stressful. I'm anxious already due to age and age gaps as I've mentioned b4.

epskie, I'd defo badger the GP. After my mc, I bled heavily for a few weeks, then it stopped for about three or four days but I was still getting positives until gone four weeks after mc, then I started bleeding again - it appeared a tiny piece of baby was still heartbreakingly attached to me so I ended up (12 weeks after the main event!) having an mva to remove the last tissue. Hope you get sorted and can be on the road to physical recovery soon x

So sorry to see new and old faces here. Stick together though, ladies, you won't believe how the support gets you through when you get through the other side. Don't know how I'd have coped without the group I was on here with.

I'm feeling a bit more positive this month. Noticed some EWCM for the first time, and got my positive OPK test on day 13, just after noticing. We've DTD every other day leading up but were both too knackered last night.

Nothing like TTC to take all the fun and romance out of DTD.

Thank you ladies for your kind thoughts. I shed tears yesterday, mainly in private and managed to get through work. On reflection, it was just a normal day, no reason for anyone else to be any different. The thing with MC is that it happens And is forgotten by others, despite the heartache it leaves for the parents.

Today is a new day and I cannot dwell on the past. I will never forget my angel baby, but I feel it was consuming me. I have my memories and our scan picture too. But now the due date milestone has passed, I have to pick myself up and move on. We are still actively TTC and hopefully we will have our rainbow baby this year!

Keeping everything crossed that this will be your year allthe. The milestones are horrid and it prays on your mind constantly. You'll get there hun xx
