Since mc I have noticed a change in AF. My cycles are shorter, I bleed more, and it is more..? Mucousy? Like there seems to be a different consistency to it and bits that are not red... And then the clots are generally smaller than before but there are loads of them. Is this normal? I have no idea what is supposed to happen.

We went to an appointment today. The professional mentioned that she was pregnant, due in May, and I died a little inside. At what point are you allowed to get annoyed that you still aren't preg again? I have some friends where if I even mention the words "not pregnant" I get the whole "its not been long" spiel, which I think would have been easier to hear if I had never been pregnant at all. I feel like, with some people, I don't have permission to be upset. Crappy I guess. Oh well.

Oh honey, sorry you feel a bit down. You have very right to feel however you want! Just because it's not been long doesn't mean it isn't annoying for you. We all say and being patient, but we know it's hard! But like wil said, people say things because they don't know what to say. Like after MC - 'at least you know you can get pregnant'. It's true, but it's not easy to hear at the time. And to you AF after MC question, completely normal. Mine were not the same at all.

Some excellent cooking tips on here! December has been a bit of a wipe out but we are well into lists and meal planning. I also try to theme my meals for a bit of fun eg. American food in thanks given or pie on national pie day etc. just to mix it up and force me to do something different!
