the plan sounds like a plan. i know its all a bit of a pavlova, and you don't need anything else on top of rmc, but at least if you do all this you will know for certain either way if something is wrong and can correct it, or know there is nothing wrong and set your mind at ease.

Yep! I'm def feeling better. I'm put of red and into amber I think. Been the most difficult week I've been thinking all sorts. It's still not great but it's hopefully not as dire as I thought. Maybe it was 8ish pre ovulation, sup at this stage of cycle it's hard to be sure as it becomes all convuluted pre af.
When to starting So again sunny? Is it once the hydroxy has kicked in?
Determined any movement on the headaches? Hope so, they been going on for a long time

I have to take hydroxy for 6 weeks until we can try again so i am hoping if AF is 3-4 weeks away and then 2ish weeks until ovulation I might just be able to get it in next cycle

yes i am feeling really positive, my meeting with Mr s on wednesday was really good - afterwards i really felt like all the money we had spent was worth it, and that if I stick to his 'plan' to the letter I will be successful. I also have realised that i don't have 'the answer' to all this and nothing is guranteed but i'm doing everything i can to try and prevent it.

he is really very knowledgeable about mc and he has treated many people so has lots of experience about what to and what not to do. He also seems prepared to think outside the box to try and get something that works for you, if you are not successful on the main plan.

Hey Trying, I know its not the perfect perfect result (do any of us get these anymore?) its deffo a good result that your lining has increased. I think between lower and Dr S you have a good team on board to help you get a baby on board whilst its been utterly pants news this past week I think its good that you know and didn't keep trying on an on and now you can readjust your plan. I am pretty sure from other threads I have read that there are certain meds you can take pre and post ov that will really help.

Also acupuncture is good for increasing blood flow so now your acu can focus on this.

Headache is only very mild which is good...and I have now got more spots on my neck again. I am blaming the steroids for everything!! I am trying to eat really clean at the moment to help get things on track but not sure it is working. Probably asking for too much too soon and just need my body to heal when it is ready...

Quick Q - when do you count your first day of your cycle when you M/C? the day your bleed starts or heaviest day? or another way?

Trying - glad news wasn't too bad and hope Louise can reassure you more on Monday. I'm not testing this time as know my body and know I'm out. Had really bad insomnia last night and get that before af and a bit crampy now too

Sunny I'm on hydroxy too and it's fine. Strange you've been told to take in the morning before food. She said : It needs to be taken with or after food so at least a glass of milk. no antacids with the hydrox. So I take it all after dinner except levothyroxine and steroids. Also going to do SO this month so need to do letrozole and book the injection and scan date.

Determined - sorry u still have a headache! I hate spots! Pred def will have caused them but hopefully they will settle in a few weeks. Ow u could get some OTC topical spot stuff-I swear by effaclar duo la Roche I used to get the odd spot (so nothing major) and my skin has been totally clear since I used it. U can get it in boots if its pissing u off enough! Re cycle day 1 it's hard, coz u could spot for a few days impending miscarriage and not actually miscarry till a while later? So I spotted in my last preg, 1 week after saw a heartbeat and then day after it had gone and then started spotting 3 days after. So I wouldn't take my first spotting as day 1, I suppose day 1 should be when hcg is out of system/neg hpt/products passéd (sorry for awful use of word choice). are u trying to time things?rem post ovulation a lot of women don't ovulate anyways, it takes a month or so to get things going again.

Am feeling much calmer! Hopefully I'll sleep tonight! Yep my acu lady is gonna work on it, needles in the back area sup? Xxx

Sorry sunny forgot to say-that's great u postive. He does have so much exp and I think having confidence in his tx in itself is helpful and will hopefully mean ur lucky next time. U will get there soon.

Rosa-so ur going for SO. I'm glad for u, hopefully it will work and u will know how many eggs u r releasing and one of them will fertilise! It should increase ur chances my probability. Hope ur feeling ok about it , maybe the new scan place u found is a sign its time for u start it!

Thanks Trying. I'm worried about fitting it all in as have to go to London for work 2x a month so bit concerned I become flaky at work and/ or I don't look after myself as well as should to give best possible chance.
Glad there feels like there's a new wave of positivity coming for lots of people though .. Fingers x for everyone x

I know. It's so hard balancing it all at with work. U sound pretty resilient, I'm sure u will find a way of balancing both. maybe ur London work trips will match up with ovulation time and mr s can see u?!

Re: cycle day, not trying to time things (got told off (very mildly) for not allowing a cycle in between my last MC and mr S believe that could be why) just want to know where I am at (its only 2 days diff from spotting to the heavy, cramping, clot day (sorry tmi) so its not too different. My first MC was the only one that was drawn out and painful. The other 3 have been relatively easy tbh (still painful but not like the first...I was in agony) which says to me things are probably not even implanting properly!? Glad you are feeling calmer and have acu to give you extra support!!

Glad you have decided SO Rosa, know what you mean about fitting it in with work. Its quite a mission but hopefully you will only need 1 go

Yeah, shehata does say to wait a cycle. And so does a few other consultants I spoke to. The fact u got preg quickly is good though! Are u doingg SO again?

Rosa - I didn't find doing SO a problem at all - it's quite easy once you have done it once!
