Dildoos - hope your ok today.

It's so hard to know what to do for the best, but i do believe that what we are doing is for the best, as trying says, mr s wouldn't keep doing this treatment if he didn't get results.

I have dug out my results - my total count was 651! I remember him saying it was very high (should be less than 200), total percentage was 30% (should be less than 12%) my activation was 1.06 so just in to the high category.

DH not feeling very well today and think i'm coming down with a cold too, so a chilled day for us with a roast for lunch - yummy!

Really looking forward to my appointment this week - got to think of some questions to ask! I'm feeling ok about last week now - in some ways I hadn't accepted i was actually pregnant so in some ways i think that has made it easier to deal with.

Today am loosing more rubbery looking things ? Do you think this might be ok? It might be the fluid from behind the womb they were talking about yesterday? I hope so I really do but have that niggle at the back of my mind! They couldn't see anything and I have no symptoms just lower af pains.

Today I will be mainly ironing the pile is as tall as me now!

Thanks girls - this was my logic too, Dr S has being doing this 10 years plus with many many sucesses and as i said to my mum i don t have another 10 years (if ever) to wait for a double blind randomised placebo trial to say oh yeah that was right after all. My gut instinct initially was that i was happy with pred, aspirin, prog and intralipids (wasnt quite sure about humira and since just borderline i held on that) so i ve got to just stick with that. Sometimes family don t realise the implications of their uninformed opinion on worrying type minds !! Anyway rant over and thanks for your input it has definelty helped.

Dil anything that s not red bleeding could be fine so keeping positive for you.

Hula they don't realise at all bless them but being your parents they also think they still know what's best even after a specialist who has studied for years on end and tested and proven success has seen us. It's cute in a way that they feel they can give you advise but sometimes just sometimes parents actually don't know best. It used to make me really cross when my parents had an opinion so now we agree to not discuss treatment as sometimes I get that Roley eye look and they always tell me if you just relaxed and didn't think about it it will just 'happen' at this point I have to restrain from going to the jugular ! X

Oh yeah i ve had that 'just relax' line and the last thing it makes you is relaxed, or the try the healthy eating/ lifestyle stuff and i m like do u not think i might have looked into that after nearly 4yrs cumulative ttc. I ve been practically teetotal for 6 years if u add being preg and bf ds, barely eat anything considered 'bad', take a billon supplements and choke down foul chinese herb tea on a daily basis. If someone said standing on your head for 10mins a day would help i would have have found out about it and tried it. But as u say part is just them being protective. Best thing for damage limitation is to ration the info given !

Tell me about it hula.its impossible to relax but then u read so many stories about people relaxing and it happening!

Desperation to get preg quickly has passed! I've also managed to watch my SIl have 2 bumps while i try for one. So don't think it can get much more painful (along with all the other preg accouncements). So now it can just happen whenever the hell it wants to coz to be quite fair I'm bored!!!!

Hula I too drank the Chinese tea every day but had to give up it was way to vile I used to vomit it up lol. Is it the stuff you boil in a stainless steel pan with natural spring water? Looks like scrappings from compost heap?

Trying yes bloods tomorrow at 11 and then 'the wait'!

I think most of us RM are quite similar. The grief takes us to weird and wonderful places. I've wondered and thought things I can't believe I would think! Like "if I swim the day I ovulate will that stop me

I am quite calm but I think I feel the answer deep down and have mentally prepared myself .

I keep thinking is 8 a lucky number? I wondered if a depleted corpus luteum can support a pregnancy? They said its depleting but could progesterone suppositories do the job of no corpus luteum? Or could it get the message and start working as it should even if has started to deplete?

Could the brown flakey bits in the toilet when I go be the blood from outside the womb?

Also is it at all possibly that the sac that wasn't seen Saturday appear in time?

So many questions , so no not really doing well mentally but staying calm and collected for those around me x

Yep dildoos that s the one but seems to have helped reset my cycle so i ll keep choking it down for now.

Trying i have mad thoughts too and get partic twitchy about dtd in the tww in case it might be detrimental. Poor dh it s like feast and famine !

Think i might try the pred again next mn from ov, am seeing Dr S in a few wks might also ask about trying a slightly lower dose as gather prof quenby does 20mg and i m quite small (54kg) so proportionately maybe getting a higher dose and may tolerate less better while still geting the equivalent mg/kg, if u follow ?

Yep hula good idea. It will affect u more the higher dose per body weight u r on.

Dildoos-no the stuff outside the womb can't come out. If will just get re absorbed over time. Keep being postive and I hope tmrw will bring something postive. No idea re c luteum but main role is to make progesterone I think. So ur putting it in there anyways so lets hope ur doingg the job for it!

Hula seriously am so proud of you for continuing, that takes guts of steel to drink it! I used to have to bite and apple hold my nose, down as much as possible and bite Apple then let go of nose! I fear I may be a wimp!
I saw a guy called John for mine and had to walk through our city and hope I wasn't stopped by police as feared they may think it was something illegal!

I swear when we get there we should all right a chapter for a book about how we all travelled down our journey's to motherhood. It would make for An informative yet entertaining read.

Dildoos - would nt worry about the Corpus luteum if your taking prog. As i understand it in ivf there is no CL because they take the eggs rather than them being released by lutenising hormone so that why all ivf ladies have prog till 16 weeks.

Thank you all for your eternal support. It's sad news for us this time hcg dropped to less than half AT 99 . So looks to be a miscarriage from last month ? How did I not know? If only I had taken that test even on period xx
