The Rules...

(1) A lady may only POAS on a Friday.
(2) Friday means the day that everyone calls Friday in the time zone where you spent the night.
(3) Rule (1) does not apply to POA-OPK-S, UNLESS they are being illegitimately used as surrogate HCG detectors, in which case Rule (1) most definitely does apply
(4) Rule (1) does not apply following a BFP because if you want to waste £25 a day POADigiS that's your prerogative
(5) Rule (1) does not apply if a lady is POAS in an attempt to get a BFN to prove she can start DTD with intent
(6) Rule (1) does not apply if a lady wants for unknown reason to pee on an actual stick, like a twig or some such, if that lady is unexpectedly caught short whilst tramping in the forest looking for bears.
(7) These rules (including Rule (1)) are subject to the change at any time if the ladies of the Posifrickentivity thread decide on a whim come up with empirical evidence to prove that it is luckier to POAS on any other day of the week
(8) Violators of Rule (1) shall be subject to fish throwing.

And as a grand finale, why not pledge to NEVER POAS before 14DPO?

Monten - the summary of your google history made me LOL. I shudder to think what mine looks like! I can definitely relate to the "Is X a symptom" searches - reminds me of the time when I was utterly convinced I was upduffed because after running for the train on the hottest day of the year I'd experienced something that could vaguely be described as a "hot flush." Dr Google did indeed confirm that this was a symptom and I was completely convinced I was upduffed for the next week!

Hope - thanks for popping in and updating us on your story. Wishing you all the best for the 20 week scan, and a happy and healthy next 5 months.

My Google history Is:

The medical journal, pregnancy after miscarriage
Irregular cycles and pregnancy
Is 14dpo best to test?
Testing at 8 dpo on frer
Diet coke and miscarriage

^yep really.

chasingtherainbow · 25/10/2014 07:10

Boozle80 · 25/10/2014 08:49

Fuck. I have a BFP. Fuck

NewEraNewMindset · 25/10/2014 08:54

Oh god my google history is always about CM after OV. Then when it disappears at 7dpo (which it pretty much always does!, I do a search in that as well. Weirdly it's like I get symptom amnesia and find I google the same thing cycle after cycle as though it's a new and exciting development Grin

Congratulations Boozle. Hoping the 'fuck' comment is just because you are scared and not because of any medical reason xx

Boozle80 · 25/10/2014 09:01

Lol, no - just a general shitting myself reaction! It's not really sinking in tbh! Only dtd twice this month as we couldn't face it and thought we'd completely missed the window! I've been sulking about it for the past 2 weeks!

Waves to Brummie from the old thread. Your holiday in Florida sounds ace! Fx you have a little bean implanting just now - what a wonderful welcome home from holiday present that would be.
