The Rules...

(1) A lady may only POAS on a Friday.
(2) Friday means the day that everyone calls Friday in the time zone where you spent the night.
(3) Rule (1) does not apply to POA-OPK-S, UNLESS they are being illegitimately used as surrogate HCG detectors, in which case Rule (1) most definitely does apply
(4) Rule (1) does not apply following a BFP because if you want to waste £25 a day POADigiS that's your prerogative
(5) Rule (1) does not apply if a lady is POAS in an attempt to get a BFN to prove she can start DTD with intent
(6) Rule (1) does not apply if a lady wants for unknown reason to pee on an actual stick, like a twig or some such, if that lady is unexpectedly caught short whilst tramping in the forest looking for bears.
(7) These rules (including Rule (1)) are subject to the change at any time if the ladies of the Posifrickentivity thread decide on a whim come up with empirical evidence to prove that it is luckier to POAS on any other day of the week
(8) Violators of Rule (1) shall be subject to fish throwing.

And as a grand finale, why not pledge to NEVER POAS before 14DPO?

I have to say I used to get a lot of faint lines on ICs, now I don't. I'm not sure if it was me being weird or whether it was a dodgy batch or something.

broodylicious · 17/07/2014 15:45

oneday, I'm the same boat. Chuff knows what's going on with my body. I'm consoling myself with the thought that I've tested too early and maybe the ones I got faint lines on were dodge so not doing any more til Saturday now when I'll be 14dpo. It's really doing my nut in. Oreos are my current best friend in this dilemma....

sebsmummy1 · 17/07/2014 15:55

broody you have so much willpower!! When I was getting faint lines I was using them twice a day lol if not more. FX for you darling xx

MrsBeeBeeBee · 17/07/2014 16:32

smiling and one day so sorry you've had such insensitive comments. People can be idiots. Hope you're both ok x

monten sorry to hear about your bfn hun. Hope you had a good holiday.

treacle sorry y

Marmaladecat1 · 17/07/2014 16:33

Hi all,

You are well shot I think smiling

FX broody and one

Had an awful day at school today I just am just counting down now. 3 more days! Then lots of time to worry more and stress that my AF will never come, I'll never OV and I'll never be pregnant again :(
I need to stop thinking this but I'm freaking out!

MrsBeeBeeBee · 17/07/2014 16:34

(Don't know why that posted)

treacle sorry you're feeling crap. How are you feeling today?

boozle yeoooooowch!

MrsBeeBeeBee · 17/07/2014 16:37

Arghhhhh..... This is really playing up and keeps posting when I'm in the middle of typing. Apologees for all the posts!

one day and broody how frustrating with faint lines and bfns. Really hoping you both get a definite bfp soon!

marmalade its horrible isn't it? I keep thinking like that too. But it WILL happen for us xx

MrsBeeBeeBee · 17/07/2014 16:40

Did another test this morning.
Top pic is pic from 6 days post miscarriage, bottom pic is today 12 days post miscarriage. So it's definitely getting lighter.... But not as quickly as I'd hoped!
Will prob test again in a week and really hoping it's bfn then!

sebsmummy1 · 17/07/2014 16:51

Oh Mrs Bee Sad. Waiting for the pregnancy hormone to clear really is one of the hardest parts of mc I think. Because mine were all natural it seemed to take forever and I was chomping on the bit to try again. Hope your BFN isn't far away now.

For me I didn't test negative until a few days after my first AF had passed, so don't be surprised if you bleed first.

smilingthroughgrittedteeth · 17/07/2014 17:46

Poas at lunchtime, there was a faint line, faint but definitely there. I ended up driving to my friends house and making her look at it, she saw it straight away. Its faded throughout the afternoon but its still there.

sebsmummy1 · 17/07/2014 17:50

Congratulations smiling Grin

OneDayLikeThis2013 · 17/07/2014 18:00

So I caved and bought a frer on the way home and it's a faint line. Did a cheapie too at the same time and it's definitely negative. I'm so confused but am tritons to be rational and guess that because the frer us more sensitive, it'll pick up any left over hcg whereas the cheapie won't? Also i have no idea if i've even ov yet as still waiting for first AF. It'll be four weeks on Mon since my ERPC so surely my hcg should have come down now, especially with the -ve tests I've had? This is torture!

broody how are you not going insane?!

smiling that's great news! Keeping everything tightly squeezed for you!

OneDayLikeThis2013 · 17/07/2014 18:05

Opened up the cheapie and there's definitely a line there too now?! My DH is so going to roll his eyes when he gets home and sees all the wrappers and I'm thrusting another pg test in his face ...

smilingthroughgrittedteeth · 17/07/2014 18:15

Am going to buy a first response test on the way home, im not sure whether to believe the cheapy one completely ignores the fact thats all she used last time and up too now its been negative

MrsBeeBeeBee · 17/07/2014 18:17

smiling and oneday I really really hope there is no mistaking those lines soon!

OneDayLikeThis2013 · 17/07/2014 18:40

DH has just got in and after a lot of squinting he can't see a line. Well he can but he's not convinced at all! Big glass of wine tonight me thinks, we're having salmon for tea so may even slap myself round the face with it first.

smiling definitely get the frer! And be sure to update us.

broodylicious · 17/07/2014 19:20

oneday oh, I'm totally past insanity. The train left crazy town some days ago WinkGrin

I did a frer earlier and it came back negative so I'm assuming those squinters a few days ago were a blip and I'm not pg Hmm

Hey ho, wine tonight! Grin We have salmon too so I shall be bashing myself up with it for being so daft and desperate and breaking my own poas rule!

Boozle80 · 17/07/2014 19:46

Right guys, are you ready for top tip number 76? Never leave you're pee pot out when you're cleaner is coming round - they may use it as a toothbrush holder...

broodylicious · 17/07/2014 19:47

smiling are you home yet?! We want results!!! Fx Smile

Boozle80 · 17/07/2014 19:47

Your - I apologise for the you're in the previous post - I can only put it down to my chilli cervix and brushing my teeth in my own urine...

Boozle80 · 17/07/2014 19:48

I only get a cleaner once a year as well so my house is clean for the start of the summer holidays! Doh to not tidying up properly!

OneDayLikeThis2013 · 17/07/2014 19:57

Glad I'm not the only one broody deep down I know I'm not pregnant and it's probably left over hcg but it's still bloody frustrating. Just had a Chinese and a large glass of wine to bring me back down to earth.

boozle ha ha! My pee pot currently take the form of a fabric softner lid, so classy!

sebsmummy1 · 17/07/2014 20:01

My son threw my (full) per pot all over the bathroom a few months ago. I walked in there and wondered why it and he stunk!!!

smilingthroughgrittedteeth · 17/07/2014 20:36

Tesco didnt have any frer so I got a digi to use in the morning and I did another cheapy one when I got in, there was another faint line, dp saw it too so I wasnt imagining it but it was fainter than the earlier one.

Boozle80 · 17/07/2014 20:42

To pee or not to pee..? I'll be 10dpo tomorrow, what do you think? I've been super good and haven't even bought one yet this month! It could set the holidays off or put me in a foul mood!
