The Rules...

(1) A lady may only POAS on a Friday.
(2) Friday means the day that everyone calls Friday in the time zone where you spent the night.
(3) Rule (1) does not apply to POA-OPK-S, UNLESS they are being illegitimately used as surrogate HCG detectors, in which case Rule (1) most definitely does apply
(4) Rule (1) does not apply following a BFP because if you want to waste £25 a day POADigiS that's your prerogative
(5) Rule (1) does not apply if a lady is POAS in an attempt to get a BFN to prove she can start DTD with intent
(6) Rule (1) does not apply if a lady wants for unknown reason to pee on an actual stick, like a twig or some such, if that lady is unexpectedly caught short whilst tramping in the forest looking for bears.
(7) These rules (including Rule (1)) are subject to the change at any time if the ladies of the Posifrickentivity thread decide on a whim come up with empirical evidence to prove that it is luckier to POAS on any other day of the week
(8) Violators of Rule (1) shall be subject to fish throwing.

And as a grand finale, why not pledge to NEVER POAS before 14DPO?

What do quite horrible period type cramps mean? AF isn't due until Monday at the earliest, unless I'm on a super short cycle, like 21 days short? I don't know!!!

Hmmm I don't know about old HCG. I think you said you testing negative before the positive so one would assume this is a new pregnancy, however until that line gets darker you can't be sure. On the whole though FRER are considered very reliable tests. If I saw a faint line on one of them I would be assuming I was pregnant.

I'm with you on that Sebs if there's definitely been a bfn then I may well tentatively assume the same. Try again on Sunday and see if it's darker :) exciting stuff, whoop whoop!

Have definitely definitely had lots of negative tests for the last two weeks with a few faint positives sporadically in between but they've all been internet cheapies until the frer today. It's a two pack so I'll do another over the weekend. I'm really not holding out much hope but I really do appreciate your positivity ladies! This website keeps me sane I swear to god (or at least makes men eel like I'm not alone in my craziness!)

boozle think of all the money you've been saving by not buying tests! I got a really clear BFP last time at 10dpo with a FRER. Definitely worth a short if you can bring yourself to do it but still really early too if you're planning on waiting to test. Really hope it's good news for you x

We are off on hols next week, not sure what to expect cycle-wise as would be due AF whilst away if MC was CD 1. Might not happen or, if it does, it might be horrible by the sounds of some of your stories.

im waiting for dp to wake up at a reasonable hour so I can use the digi test. Im scared it bill be a bfn because the others are faint
