The Rules...

(1) A lady may only POAS on a Friday.
(2) Friday means the day that everyone calls Friday in the time zone where you spent the night.
(3) Rule (1) does not apply to POA-OPK-S, UNLESS they are being illegitimately used as surrogate HCG detectors, in which case Rule (1) most definitely does apply
(4) Rule (1) does not apply following a BFP because if you want to waste £25 a day POADigiS that's your prerogative
(5) Rule (1) does not apply if a lady is POAS in an attempt to get a BFN to prove she can start DTD with intent
(6) Rule (1) does not apply if a lady wants for unknown reason to pee on an actual stick, like a twig or some such, if that lady is unexpectedly caught short whilst tramping in the forest looking for bears.
(7) These rules (including Rule (1)) are subject to the change at any time if the ladies of the Posifrickentivity thread decide on a whim come up with empirical evidence to prove that it is luckier to POAS on any other day of the week
(8) Violators of Rule (1) shall be subject to fish throwing.

And as a grand finale, why not pledge to NEVER POAS before 14DPO?

Well AF is here properly, one day before my holidays. I don't feel down I feel optimistic about next month! Fingers crossed!

Well my ov sticks are now negative, so I will assume I ovulated and I guess I'm 1dpo. Have pretty much no hope for this cycle whatsoever so this 2ww will be total torture. I suspect it will be very short though so I guess I won't have to endure it for long.

Af due today but not here yet.

I did another test this morning and got a bfn

am feeling really disheartened, just want af to come now so we can try again.

I feel like I spend my life waiting to either poas, dtd or for af. Each morning I do one of those then wish the rest of the day away so I can start again, that cant be healthy!

on a positive not its 10 days till the school holidays and im only working 2 weeks of them so lots of time to laze in the sun and to do fun stuff with dsc.

smiling I feel exactly the same re: constantly waiting for one thing or another! In my case I'm also waiting to hear back from job applications, with no luck so far there either.

Well I just got a smiley face on the Clearblue opk, so it looks like I'm only ov'ing two days later than last month. Glad I double checked with the CB though as the line on my usual Amazon cheapies was much less dark than I'm used to for a positive.

Might have to see if I can seduce DH in our lunch break (we both work from home!) as last night was our 'night off' from dtd...

I know what you all mean about always something to do. We are like fertility machines!!! I think that's why I don't mind AF, it's the one bit of the month that feels like a rest!!!!

Don't be hard on yourself broody I POAS this morning, despite not having had first AF yet, not knowing if I've ovulated at all and even if I have ovulated when I usually do (before MC) I'd only be 8DPO. That will definitely make you feel like less of a div? Throw the fish over this way someone please. I'm losing the plot

lou had exactly the same as you, 3 days of AF which was basically nothing then suddenly my body caught up and now I feel like poo. Guess everything up in the air still but wax hoping after 4 cycles for me it would have settled down.

Haha! Back atcha then oneday tbf there was a teeny tiny faintest of faint lines in the light of the bathroom and my office and our bedroom so I'm not totally giving up on this month. I just need to play like everyone else and darn well wait!!

Hello all, I hope you don't mind me popping back to this thread but I had so much brilliant support here from many of you (special mention for sebs ) that I wanted to see how you're all doing and let you know that I'm now 13 wks pg. It's been a total rollercoaster with bleeding since week 5/6 ranging from spotting to passing clots the size of my hand that I can't quite believe I'm still pg, but 12 wk scan a few days ago showed all is well and thriving, amazingly. I just wanted to pop back to wish you all well and I am sure your bfps are on their way, I will keep popping back from time to time as I can't wait to hear about them. Hang in there my posifricken friends and thanks again for the love and fish slaps when I needed them x
