Haha my diet always starts tomorrow...was at a fete this morning ao had to have a bit of cake (it was for charity!) had biscuits after lunch cus I needed a choc fix then dinner in work canteen was steak and chips then had to have pud cus someone said it was good (it wasn't great but I'd paid for it!) I swear alot of it is comfort eating!!!

This hol we were just eating what we wanted when we wanted it! And now paying the price as I think I look noticably fatter round the middle! Still in holiday mode tonight tho and ordered a big fat curry! Need to go food shopping tomorrow and only buying healthy stuff and chocolate

Yeah we need to go, must get back into the mindset of healthy eating...lil I really got into exercising at one point - I loved it! Then I cancelled my gym membership and now I can barely do 2 flights of stairs again!!!

Me and dp have decided to start cycling most evenings and im going to try get up half hour earlier in morning to exercise.

Feeling suddenly anxious about dh's sperm, and everything else. Holiday mode has gone and I'm back to earth again. Same old shit to deal with back home eh?

Don't blame you Vic I'm really worried and we've got ages to wait!! Feeling really down this morning. Have been doing cbd poas opk for last few days, nothing again despite it being CD 12 of a 26-28 day cycle and should show up 3 days before ov. Pretty sure now that I'm screwed up and poss dh meds mean he is too.

mb I have irregular cycles so have been doing opks over a year and cbfm for 4 months and I've had ov confirmed. currently cd18 and cbfm still low. latest I've ever ovd is cd25 and I normally get a week or more highs before peak on cbfm. my point is you could just be having an off month. its normal to have 1 or 2 annov cycles per year! and stress is a major factor delaying ov so go get a glass of vino and relax in the sun! PMA girls

Hard I know but try not to be to anxious about sa results I believe if there is a problem they are easier to sort.

Been waiting since his initial non starter referral on Feb 8th! Seems mad that we will hopefully know tomorrow!

What did doc say about your bleeding the other week blue? If anything, I know what they are like. My GP classed my spotting as day 1 of af and gave me a random preg test when I knew exactly where I was in my cycle. Maybe it was something to do with anovulatory cycles? I don't know much about them tho. Maybe you did have another af type thing after only 2 weeks? Can't explain the opks tho. I know a pos opk doesn't mean you actually ov but that's about it.

If it is to do with annovultary cycles I would have thought it would have happened before im ffairly regular which is what I don't get.

Can't bloody believe it! Dh just called the docs and there are still no results! 3 weeks today and they said 10days! I want to know even if dh doesn't give a flying monkey if he knows or not only 7 days til af and I need to know if we are in with a chance or not!

The docs are going to 'look into it' and call him back but we are going to the garden centre and Tesco now and he won't want a call then!

Hi girls- hope you all had a good weekend :-) The weirdest thing is happening with me. I just posted this on the main board so sorry of you have read already!

As you know, I have a 25/26 day cycle but a short LP around 8 days. My period usually lasts for 5 days. I never spot before or after.

My period has "finished" but I am still spotting today at cd9 and feel mild cramps, similar to ovulation (OPK- today) or perhaps like a UTI type of feeling. The only thing I have done a bit differently recently is forgotten to take my B100 complex for around a week.

Does anyone have any thoughts on what this could be and should I be concerned? It's very unusual for me to see at spotting like this after cd5 or maybe 6 latest.

Lil my dp is exactly the same. We discuss at the beginning of the month the plan of action and it never works out men are stupid.

Vicky What the hell are they playing at my dps SA was back within a week. Keep calling them until they give you what they want.

So today I am 4/5 days late and still no sign of AF trying to not worry about it but my god its annoying.

If the mid cycle bleeding counted as AF it should turn up again on the weekend. However most things I read recon its ovulation bleeding, could this have been the first month I ever ovulated and if I need it was late because I used OPKS until about cd20 ish.

If I ovulated around they and I have a 14 day lp AF will be due on the 21st.

Latest on the sa result.... Dh called the labs and they said they sent out the report THE DAY AFTER THE SAMPLE RECEIPT! They faxed another to the GP, who then called dh to say they'd "found the report but the GP needs to read it and write their comments" and to call back again tomorrow! Dh is back at work tomorrow so will have to go sit in the car or something to get privacy as he is in shared small office.

I got a flashy smiley today which could/shoud mean ov wednesday which is about right - although dh SA is thursday so timing is crap!!! Kinda hoping for the extra flashys now!!!

Hi ImaginaryHat....my 7 dpo test was progesterone 44.3...but I then proceeded to have spotting at 9 dpo & Af 10 dpo. I just went to the doc today, after almost begging my doc to do 9dpo hormone tests, as something happens to my progesterone level between 7 dpo and 9/10 dpo..Yesterday I was 9 dpo, so had to get the test done today at 10 dpo...Hopefully it will prove what I have been telling the docs with the last 10 months!!! I am 32 so they prob aren't taking this as seriously as I feel they should! I have been taking VitB6 and I am going to start Agnus Cactus as well (just up to Ovulation). I also go to accupuncture. I look forward to hearing from you...:)

Weather has been amazing, enjoyed good dog walks and my first try at tennis with dh and dss, thoroughly enjoyable! Definitely caught the sun and loved not having to wear a coat :)

DH got round to doing his repeat sa last week so waiting to see why results are (hopefully by the end of the week) then I have gp apt on 27th to get fertility clinic referral started. Question for you ladies. On 27th I will be 10 dpo. Should I poas before I go to gp just in case or is it too early? Should I just get things kicked off and then cancel in the unlikely event of a bfp?

I too have gp appointment on the 27th with mr Jesse to get the referral to infertility started.
If I were you I wouldn't bother poas, just get the referral process started and how amazing would it be to have to make a phone call to cancel it all, if you did get a bfp?!

Had an amazing weekend and was feeling so relaxed and happy, and then more pregnancy announcements from friends only just married. As always, I am delighted for them but it just highlights that we are not, and I want so much to be a part of it.
Keep moving forward I suppose
