This thread is for anyone trying to conceive for a lengthy period of time who may be considering/attending further tests/scans or is about to begin fertility treatment. I hope this thread can provide information and support, alleviate fears and can help one another to remain positive during this difficult journey that can only be understood by those experiencing it.

Wow thanks lil, the things you can find on google are amazing! Came up with whenmybaby.com and it has added another .20 onto my result, so a bit better. To be honest most times I have taken my temps this month have been a different time, so my graph probably isn't all that accurate!
I am just watching the Waltons at 30, has anyone else watched it? it's amazing, their parents went through 12 rounds of IVF over 5 years before having one more crack at it, then 6 babies!!

victoria good luck to your DH for tomorrow, is he feeling any more relaxed about it yet?

Does anyone else have any tests/appointments lined up for this week?

He said he knew I wanted kids from the beginning and wouldnt risk not having kids and making me unhappy.

All he wants is to make me happy.

He always expected to be alone so never planned to have children.

We seem to be okay and he still wants to try so I guess were ok although he with held sex grrr

He also said if I got pg we wouldn't have sex pffttt yeah right

Blue that's nice that he wants to make you happy and I'm sure there is a part of him that wants children or he wouldn't be trying at all. Why would he not want to have sex if you got pregnant?? Sounds like you have a lot to deal with I hope you are ok.

Afternoon ladies

So I had a week of sex planned as its my fertile week.

However I have just been to the toilet and for some reason ive been bleeding (which I hadnt realised) pretty red in colour.

Ive had cramps this morning but I figured this was down to ovulation.

Now i dont know whats going on grrrr.

Sorry for self indulgent post.

Mama Hes always been like this hes not the easiest person to get any answers out of. Hes a good guy and I couldnt be with out him. He said sex while pregnant is creepy lol

Oh blue, just read your post, it wasn't there a sec ago.

How bizarre that you are bleeding now, is there much like af? How bad are the cramps? Did you ever get to chat to a doc about whether your tests were ok?

Ive got the opposite, a distinct lack of bleeding. But a lot of cramps and I feel sick :-( why are our bodies so frustratingly weird!?

Vicky Cramps arent to bad not the same as AF though and theyve pretty much disappeared. Not a huge amount of blood but enough that im wearing a pad now it more than spotting. Im cd 12 so no idea whats going on I hope it buggers off i dont want to ruin my fertile week.

Mama - I just had the few hours of bleeding on Saturday (day 29) and that's that. I don't know where that leaves me. Am I day 31 or day 3 today?! Got loads of backache and cramps today. Just don't want to 'waste' a test only for proper af to show up a few hours later like last time I was 'late' a few months back!

Vic did you have a bleed then af was late before or just late all together??? I would test, you must have some will power not to!!!!!

I was expecting af around Thursday coz I ovd early. My app said due Saturday (but it doesn't know when I ov, it makes it up based on average cycles). I've had loads of "symptoms" since 6dpo! Saturday came and I felt great, no symptoms at all of anything, no pains, no nausea, nothing. Then I felt wet below and I had blood. Assumed af started. One tampon later and its over! Sunday arrived and I felt crap and crampy again! Today I have loads of backache and cramps and had a sicky dizzy spell around 11am. Feel better now, just tired with backache. Really odd month.

Afternoon all. Sounds a bit odd vic i hope AF stays away properly and this is your month. Hope your DH got on ok with his sample too!

Hope your bleeding sorts itself out too blue its a peculiar time to get it isn't it?

I have a week to go til my af BFP is due. I am not hopeful. Yet again I just don't feel we dtd enough. I am crap at communicating with DH so plan to have a proper talk with him. Expecting him to miraculously know that we need to dtd lots over a certain few days, then being disappointed and upset when we don't.....

Notta I have the opposite issue, we are at it like rabbits and still no bfp!!! Quite concerning really! As there should be millions hanging out waiting for the egg.....but none have quite made it yet :(

Thats rubbish mama I am convincing myself that the lack of bfp is down to lack of dtd. Although, apparently 'it only takes once'

Sorry you have spotting again victoria Its horrid how our bodies play these tricks on us.

Having said I am not hopeful, i am now symptom spotting...... My tummy feels a bit odd today. A bit bloated but also, a strange feeling to the right and front. If i place my hand to the right of my tummy button, there. And wierd burps. I have never had indigestion but this is how i imagine the burps would be.

Lol!! Thanks. I'm usually pretty good at not testing and just waiting for AF to show. But i feel a bit of a crazy minded few days coming on.

I don't think i have any tests in which will help....
