I'm giving up poas. Except opks! Only twice in 18months I've tested coz I was "late". Both times af started a few hours later! Can't deal with that. Plus its an expensive hobby! I'll stick to opks.

Talking of which, sort of. My opk was neg last night but I'd told dh earlier in the week that the shagging must commence Tuesday (cd8). So last night he was dutifully waiting starkers in bed. Afterwards he wobbled (!) My belly saying "is there a baby being made in there" or something. I said prob not coz I wasn't ov yet! And he was like all "oh so what was the point doing it tonight!" Charming. Because we love each other maybe? Doh!

Oh dear vic! Silly mr vic! Think we may all have thought that at least once in your journeys though! Please forgive him ... After appropriate grovelling; wine and choc bringing etc etc!

I've got a normal CB test and a pack of 3 cheapies from Savers. that my friend bought for me today....

Both are the sort that react to 25 ...er whatevers of the pregnancy hormone. So not the most sensitive but hopefully that shouldn't matter at this stage.

Sigh.

Started a new thread - same title but has 'new' on the end! Not very creative but don't want to get lost tomorrow for notta poas!!!

I have the day off but I need to get up early anyway to let my builders in!

Should be able to get dh's sa results tomorrow or Friday but don't know when he'll call the docs as he's got his bro staying.

If nothing else it gives us all 1) a bit of hope and 2) something else to focus on!

Hey ladies, can I join? I remember seeing this thread when I first started lurking and in the nicest way possible, I never expected to need to join it (I'm sure we all start out like that right?) but after just seeing my 9th cycle of bfns I guess I can join now. My next cycle will be my 10th month of ttc. Totally understand that there are people been trying a lot longer but I'm beginning to feel so disheartened. So, I'm ttc1 and my AF is due tomorrow/fri so from then I'll officially be cycle 10.
