Rachee, thanks for that. I rang a friend whos a pharmacist, and she said to take before I go to bed, then continue to take at same time for next 4 days. So I counted yesterday as CD1 and popped the pills.

i am also waiting for af to start before i can start taking clomid, but so far i am 10 days late so fingers crossed i wont need them

no not yet as i always seem to get af the day i buy a test, and dh wont touch me cos he says everytime he does i get af. we have been ttc for about 2 and half years and no luck so i expect it is just my body playing tricks again

Do a test Happy hippy, if neg the doctors can give you something to bring on a period then you can start clomid.

Do you mind me asking why you have been given clomid?

Happyhippy.....have you ever been 10 days late before??? It seems such a long time.. Congrats to you for having the strength not to test. (I would have failed miserably)

However, 10 days is a long long long time, have you had any af symptoms that has stopped you testing???

Sorry to disappoint Natty but no...gonna wait...might even wait a couple more days just to get you all going!!!!!

Actually...may not need to...AF cramps have returned!! Boo hoo!

Had a couple of late cycles the first time I was on clomid - up to CD37 I think but then It was the first or second month I'd had it and also had hcg jab so that may have made a difference?
I did several test that month!!!!!!

In all the time that I've monitored my cycles I've always had AF 9 days after +ve opk......but then sometimes our bodies just freak out for no reason!!!

Still trying (desperately) not to get my hopes up.....there's many hours before it's tomorrow am...plenty of AF arrival time sadly.

If I was 10 days late I would be testing madly!!!

last post of the day as i am off to do some ironing - oh the joy.

anyway was reading the secret weapon thread and noticed someone used progestrone cream to increase their LH phase - found this web site, not sure it is of any use. Also someone said they used angst catus.- i was thinking of taking this but got adviced against it for ovulation.
