sea I agree with wise joy's maffs. I had EC Thursday and a day 3 transfer on Sunday this time around. I think they go for days 2/3 if there are not many embies or they don't look great and day 5 if there are a good crop and they are doing well. With your number of follies I would guess at day 5 from this point but you can't bank on anything with IVF!

Sea, I had ec on Monday and transfer on the Wednesday so a day 2 transfer.

Thanks Euro. I agree with others that docs only know so much. Enjoy it although I'm sure it is still worrying. I'm not thinking too far ahead - just taking it one day at a time now. I'm feeling okay. A bit nervous but okay.

Ello. Just to say good luck to sea, reckon it will be a good haul and so to say I am not hungover, abandoned cocktail no three as it was butter infused which I would not advise! I also had a nine hour sleep It's a tad rainy...

The butter was like a popcorn flavour rather than bits of lumpy greasy butter but it wasn't for me (trying to undo vom thoughts for euro). Espresso martini though YUM! I'm now drinking craft beer under a railway arch with some cheese. I do love our capital. Joy snuggle up and wallow in poorly.

Mrsd - I rolled my eyes when I saw that. I even wondered whether it was quite true but perhaps (hope) she is just very young. Can't believe that happens to women in their 30s!

No problem fox - no nausea (or anything else) here! A few days ago, we were out somewhere and there was an espresso martini on the next table. I was basically drooling. It's all the things I love, but can't have, in a single glass!

Just a quick one to say thank you for all your support ladies. It means a lot knowing you are behind me.
EC went well. They got 19 eggs. Now just a matter of waiting and seeing. Isci was suggested because SA had borderline morphology which is news to us. MrS taking it quite hard. Other than that all was good. All the docs and nurses were v kind and even mouse traps have gone ( I think they were building work related). Ate salty crisps and drank tomato juice a al critter's suggestion. Snoozing all day in post drug haze.
