well my temps is here there and everywere so god knows what's happening at the mo but i'll stick with it all.

are you being consistent with wake times and stuff fairydust?
I was a little ill disciplined my first couple of temping cycles and man were the temps erratic

wake up same time every morning and due it stright away

well hopeflly it might give you some answers, then
have you got the taking charge of your fertility book by toni weschler? Its a great great book esp if you're charting

i've not got the book no - i'll see how things go with this before i go down the book route.

its not just a ttc book, it is just a mine of information about your cycles and things I recommend it to anyone whether ttc or not.

what cd are you on at the mo piffle?

cd 8, just found out that my dp who worls away will be here for 6 nights in a row leading right up to ovulation, that has not happened for a while, plus we have fertility clinic appt on 05 July.
Fingers crossed what cd are you on FD?

cd10 here - had to make a trip into mothercare to look at carseats for 4yr old dd and found my self looking over the tiny baby grows

i'm on cd13 and temp seeming to be staying the same at the mo no rises or dips or anything.

do i need to have a dip before a rise?

Not always, I get a steep dip on the actualy day of ovulation it seems which is quite handy, but most people get their rise day after ovulation.
Thats why its important to check your cervical fluid too, however icky it sounds

The last day of egg white is your peak day so you ov on or the day after that day
But you should get to it when the ewcm is there

Are you temping this month then Piffle? I'm taking a break, just trying to calm down for a while if possible.

dp is home for the next 6 days
I do a month on and a month off Rubles
Although as I am at fertility clinic this week, this cycle would have been my month off, but am trying to make sure I know where I am before the appt next Tuesday.
How are you feeling Rubles honey?

I am not great but I'm really trying hard to be positive. It's difficult though. I am finding it difficult to get much enjoyment from anything...I feel fairly lacklustre. But hey ho. A new twist is that the childminder has taken to mentioning that dd is ready for a little brother or sister these days. I KNOW!!!

Good news about dp being off by the way. That'll really take some of the stress off you, unlike last month.

I don't know rubles...
I did an bought off the internet test on dp sperm and it was great.
I know I'm ovulating so I'm not sure there is a lot they can do
I know I need to relax step away from the charts amd laugh more

we'll it's gone up 2 notches - i thought it went up alot more for ov?

Also the temp was taken an hr later than normal as i got a lay in

temps usually go up by 2/10ths for every hour late you go so that would explain that rise
After ov it should go up above your coverline
