yes you are right, it has changed how my body is! now have worked it out i carnt be pg, lol we gave up after day 11, remember, ide had enough!, aw well you have made me see its not this month, but at least am getting to be a woman again,

Trace what are those pains if you are not expecting AF now until Tuesday? You have been having them since last Tuesday haven't you? Is that normal for some people to have AF cramps for that long???? You could have tested to early.

I had quite a lot of CM yesterday which decided me that AF will be on time tomorrow/Monday. I was in floods of tears sitting on dd's knee over dinner. Even though I was 93% sure that we didn't manage it that 7% still kept me going and I was unbelievably f*ed off. The thing is that we had plenty of bding at the right time and always do, so something must be wrong. He said all the right things and was truly lovely, but I feel crushed - and AF hasn't even come yet!
OK enough misery.

as foe me, my temp this morning was 36.4, was going to zoo, within one hour of getting up, she came, i was not very upset, as i really thought that it was my month , but atleast i am in with a chance now.

sorry not been on, yes af came spotted Thrusday night, full on Friday morning.
Dp is totally hacked of with ttc, with my charting and being on ttc boards :(
WE did his sperm test on Sat am, he got the brightest colour it is possible to get
I know I'm ovulating so as to what the fertility doc can do next week who knows?

Oh Piffle . You sound really down. I'm so sorry, it's such an awful disappointment, especially as it seemed so positive for you. I was going to ask about the sperm test, because dp has agreed to do it this month (he will literally do anything if it will help to get me pregnant and happy). He smokes drinks and cycles for an hour every day.

Trace - glad you have taken Af's arrival well.

My temp is up today to 36.9 so I am feeling a bit more hopeful now as I am expecting spotting today in preparation for AF arrival tomorrow and so would have expected a drop this morning. At least if I am hopeful I won't have my weekend ruined - I'll save the misery for a working day.

morning all can i join you have been trying on and off for the last 18mnoths have one dd 4yrs 3 mnoths.

have started temping this month using fertility friend so what do i need to look out for is a rise or a drop in my temp for ov and does it have to stay like that for a few days??

Yes you are looking for a rise that stays high for 3 days at least. I think that one of the three highs should be at least 0.2 C higher than the previous 5 low temperatures. Forgive me if you already know this, but you ovulate before the day of the first rise so it only tells you retrospectively if you have ovulated. Watch your CM too for another pointer which would tell you in advance that ovulation is approaching. Good luck.

Trace, yes my temps are still up - it's a proper 'triphasic' chart - and no sign of AF at all. Am going to test tomorrow if no AF when I get up.

I've tested and it's +ve!!!

It's only faint, but there is a second line there. I am so very happy and relieved. It will be so nice going in to work today knowing I've got a little teeny bun in the oven - my lovely secret.
