Marking my place. Actually had a mini panic attack when I realized the old thread was full.

Am off for a late lunch / early dinner with my mum, dad and dd. Dh is staying at home feeling ill and hopefully packing for our hols tomorrow.

Is preseed same as conceive plus?

Can I join? 8 dpo today and with lots of cramping, sore boobs, you name it... But terrified of the disappointment!

Waiting for af to do one, then fingers crossed for a nice neat 28 day cycle and scraping in with a bfp before the end of the month :)

Anyone else feeling pretty fed up of the 2WW at this point? AF due around Weds/Thurs...

Oh I'm inwardly climbing the walls! 12 dpo tomorrow so af due weds or thurs

2WW driving me mad dreamy, worried I'm imagining everything but I'm so tired I don't think I am... Argh! If AF is going to come, I want it out of the way to start again!

So close to the end of the month, but at the same time mid-week seems years away...

I'm due tomorrow or Tuesday, hate this bit. I start allowing myself to believe... :(

No symptoms remember. And if there are symptoms, you would test positive :)

Ahhh sorry kicking, it's my first 2ww after illness and not being sure about ovulation etc...
Probably being a dreadful symptom spotter! At least that means I can have a glass of wine!

Hi forget me, I think we have the same cycle, am also on 8dpo with a 31 (ish) day cycle. Am trying and failing not to symptom spot.

I have no reason to think i didn't OV and we DTD on CD 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17 and tonight then EOD until AF arrives.

Hi WhenSheWas - thought I was the only one! Tough knowing when to test isn't it... Going to make sure I have no HPTs in the house for at least a couple of days.

kicking sounds like you're taking a great approach. Are you using any supplements or charting? (new to all this...)

we BDd a lot around high/peak time but DH has been away for a few days. Don't think we missed it (I'm using cbfm), so my fingers are crossed, but know its unlikely.

I did the ovulation kits and stuff for nearly a year and didn't win. Learnt about how our bodies worked and realised there are no symptoms and you need to dtd as often as possible and catching OV is hard because the egg can drop after a week of the symptoms

So we are DTD as much as possible

We are both taking wellman conception. I have been on folio acid for a year. We have bought fertility tests for next month.

Evening primrose oil also increases cm so will go back to taking that and will get conceive plus.

Torn between not wanting to get hopes up (have been trying for ages without success) and on the other hand, something I read that positive thoughts/visualisation can help implantation.

Agree with kicking re no symptoms. Before the time when a test would be positive there are no hormones in the body to generate any symptoms. One exception, though, is any implantation bleeding.

Agree with forget - those of us with bfns will at least get to drink large glasses of wine to toast the others' bfps!

Thanks for those tips kicking - so much conflicting information out there I fear there's a lot of trial and error ahead unless I get a stroke of pure luck.

Yes.. The BFN wine will be on me next weekend as a newcomer!

Ooh ted, free wi-fi! Nice! BFN at 12 DPO is a bummer but try again in a couple of days if AF doesn't arrive on Tues. FRER are pretty accurate but all HPTs are more reliable when AF is actually due so fx for you. Glad holiday going well!

Off on our groupon break 2moro, final part of DH's epic 30th b'day celebrations. After loads and loads of EWCM Mon, Tues, Wed and Thurs it's pretty much completely disappeared now so think I OV around Wed, tho FF is predicting that it will happen 2moro based on my mega long cycle last month. Heads too sore for dtd tonight tho, maybe in hotel 2moro nite to be on safe side if DS falls asleep without too much trouble!
