Confused by all the TTC talk? OPKs? Taking your temperature?! Then this is the thread for you! We want babies the good old-fashioned way - through drunken, spontaneous shagging at any time of the month . All you need is a man, , ramekins and a batch of cheapo pregnancy sticks, and you're good to go! (Shag-capes and actual Sex optional)

The group is so successful that you can see the results for yourself in our graduates thread full of mamas who JSed their way to motherhood. Getting a BFP within a few weeks is known as "doing a kitten", and due to the secret and magical powers of the Just Shagging thread, this happens from time to time.

We have our own TTC language - EWCM is now known as "pant snot", AF is now "ERTD" (Evil red tide of DOOM!), OV is ovulation, and of course, JSing is Just Shagging!

Viroids is our name of choice, the reason is long since lost in the annals of time. If you really feel the need to take a test, Gu Ramekins are what all the classy birds are using. And of course, drinking is essential. Sometimes, we even remember to have sex

Well I am home and am the proud owner of a BFP I tested on a clearblue first response which says I am 2-3 weeks which translates as 4-5 weeks pregnant! I am over the moon we had such a tough year last year we promised ourselves that our reward would be ttc %233 in 2012. Thank you for everyone's crossed fingers xx

hello! I have lurked for a few weeks and think I should officially add myself. I have 2ds' by previous relationship and now been with DP for 2 years and ttc3. Hoping to up the BFP's for thread 9 but expecting ERTD any day now.....

Could this be OV pain; I've had a sharp ache/twinge in my right side for 3 days...and what feels like a rough gut (however it 'feels' like it's in my lady bits, not anything tum related) Last ERTD was the first week of this month.

Thanks TOP, LOLLY, FRAKTAL, MANDA, WOMAN it's such a fab thread this one I don't want to just disappear. Will have a read now I'm home and catch up with what's been going on and all new joiners before I go. Think I need to find those 5 others and make a nice place for us all to move too with room for your all to come over ASAP!

Congratulations Tired.
I'm still trying to hold off testing. My boobs are very sore today but I know this could be PMS so I don't want to get hopeful. I'll be a week late tomorrow so it'd be heartbreaking to get a BFN as I'd see that as definitely "out". I keep thinking maybe I should get one but I'm trying to keep my resolve!

VIZZINI have you been a week late before? On averages I was a week late but no idea with my cycle at all. Fingers crossed for you.

No, Tired. I've never been late before. I know some people don't get their BFP until fairly late but I got a clear second line the first time I tested with DD so it makes me doubtful that my BFNs will turn to BFPs this late!

VIZZINI Maybe you ovulated really late. Last month my cycle was odd 32 days when normally 25/26 days. I guess that was late ov. Got me guessing though. So strange when things stray from the normal path. Hope you find out what's going on soon.

I still have no idea when I'm supposed to test or how I should know I'm pregnant so I might be around for a while.
