We want babies the good old-fashioned way - through drunken, spontaneous shagging at any time of the month . All you need is a man, , ramekins and a batch of cheapo pregnancy sticks, and you're good to go! (Shag-capes and actual Sex optional)

The group is so successful that you can see the results for yourself in our graduates thread full of mamas who JSed their way to motherhood. Getting a BFP within a few weeks is known as "doing a kitten", and due to the secret and magical powers of the Just Shagging thread, this happens from time to time.

We have our own TTC language - EWCM is now known as "pant snot", AF is now "ERTD" (Evil red tide of DOOM!), OV is ovulation, and of course, JSing is Just Shagging!

Viroids is our name of choice, the reason is long since lost in the annals of time. If you really feel the need to take a test, Gu Ramekins are what all the classy birds are using. And of course, drinking is essential. Sometimes, we even remember to have sex

I keep popping back and checking on you lovely ladies hoping for many more BFP's this thread, I'm 8+3 see midwife on tues, feeling ok, missing the JSing, it's kind of fizzled out for the mo!!

I fell after DTD over a BH wkend (naughty lie in while DD's played in front room!) so fingers crossed for the extra long jubilee BH, I expect to see lots of Elizabeths, Phillips, Williams, Catherines etc in 9 months!

tiredteddy! congrats!! i have been a bit away because i was afraid to connect to give some news, without being so sure,...so, yes... it seems I am getting a BFP as well! Oh! i felt so tired over the weekend, and SUnday evening i did a normal Clearblue and it got a very faint line...then today First Response is giving another faint pink line! i am excited but controlling myself. Now all needs to go well.

I think I'm oving around now, because I'm getting some twinging on my left (last month was right) and had pant snot yesterday, so am just starting my 2ww. Am DETERMINED not to get obsessed, not to symptom spot, and NOT to test until I'm late this time. Am going to be super chilled this time who am I kidding

Hello JSers! I'm trying to be upbeat, but I'm certainly not feeling it at the moment. I am now 7 days late, BFN this morning (I know I said I wasn't going to test)!!! I'm feeling so sad right now. How cruel it is to have a massive pg sign (no period) and not be pregnant! I'm going to test Thursday and then try and get a doctors appointment on Friday if no sign. I wanted to wait til Monday, but I'm teaching full-time next week (usually P/T) so I won't be able to go and waiting until I'm three weeks late (if it drags that long) will drive me insane.

I'm hoping it's nothing that could affect my fertility. I assume if I had pcos or a thyroid problem my periods would always be erratic, not perfect and then suddenly very late?

Anyway, enough woe-is-me. How are we all? Has anyone got anything nice planned for this week?

im CD 7 and ERTD finished last night/today. i think im going to allow myself a 31 day cycle before i class myself as late.

well i just made £120 profit on a pram! happy days

DH is too ill (man flu!) to JS...so we're likely to be looking at a BFN over here..can count on 1 hand the number of shags we've had this month.

can i join this thread? cycle FINALLY sorted itself in March (thankyou accupuncture) having come off the pill in November (hate pill never again). this is the first month however where we've been totally relaxed with lots of JS and ! The evil wretch is due tomorrow but will hold out and not test and wait to see i think. Massive congrats to all those new Mums on here!!!
