About to start TTC#2 - does anyone want to come along for the ride?

So, DD is going to be 3 in June and I'm going to be 38 two weeks later. About a year ago I wanted a 2nd DC but DH didn't. I then changed my mind at Xmas.

DH has now changed his mind and persuaded me so finally we're in agreement and ready to go.

CD1 is due this week and then we can start.

Is anyone else ready to TTC#2?

Ive been a doughnut. DP made me do a test when he got in, used wee when only did a wee 30 mins before, very faint BFP. So then I got a bit para and did ANOTHER one an hour after. Fainter!

I know I should have waited until morning!

Ive been drinking loads and weeing all over the place so hopefully thats it.

Hi All, congratulations to all the luck bfps, may I join in? I'm hoping some of your luck might brush off! I'm currently on my second month of ttc, cd14 but I have long cycles (38 days last month) plus I checked opk today and that was negative BUT I am just trying to find the energy to drag dh and myself off the sofa. Just incase.

I'm coming to the end of AF now - brilliant timing, DP just had a nearly a week off (works in education and its half term) so would have been a great time for trying but no!

Still fingers crossed, going to aim for every other/every 3 days all month and see what happens.....

Welcome Coco and Em! And good luck!! I am CD 15 now, so in the middle of a great shag week :-) Have no idea when I'm OV'ing, so just trying to DTD as much as we can! This is my first cycle for TTC#2, so I know not to expect much, but sigh, it would be so great to conceive this first month!! Our DD is 13 months now and we're really keen on a small age gap. Fingers crossed! For us all!

Em am currently experiencing the joy of 38 day cycles too :)

All ok here - Took DS to the south of england show today and he sunburnt his face it's just a bit pink but i feel so bad. He is very fair that i must learn to be super careful even when it's overcast.

Am on CD35 here, cramy feelings have gone. Not going to test as i can't stand negatives so i think i will just wait and see what happens next week.
