Triage want me to come on to check. I've just taken the unprecedented step of phoning dh's work (school) to tell secretary I was going to hospital and needed him to call me at once - just got a text back saying he has a class in and "will try to call me in 30 mins". I was expecting him to be HOME in 30 mins. Oh well, ds will just have to learn about the baby by watching midwives trying to find its heartbeat.

Sorry I think I also missed BellyD's comments about the test. Sorry to hear that. Was it Battery who tested negative even when she went to the clinic and she definitely had a BFP? Are you just going to keep testing?

And also from the previous thread - Battery great that you have a month off! Are you planning to do anything nice? Of course sitting around and chilling is nice too :)

Iggi keep us updated, hope it is all ok. Am sure it will be, but it is good to check xx

I think I also missed bellyd's comments about the test? Yes it was me who had a bfp on the friday at home and when I went to St Marys on the next Tuesday - they tested my wee and said it was negative. Freaked me out, and my hcg rose really slowly too. But here i am still clinging on.

iggi needs must - if ds has to go with you then thats the way it has to be. You must go and get checke out. Good luck xxx

I have just had my weekly scan. All good. Was amazing actually, it was moving its arms and legs around loads, was gobsmacked watching it. Measuring at 10+3 and I'm 10+1 so that is great. No scan next week, next one at 12 weeks. Yikes. Is going to feel like a very long 2 weeks as I've had weekly scans for the last 6 weeks.

So nothing for me to do but continue taking the meds. Did my protogest injection in my thigh last night and it bloody hurts today.

Dunnit excellent scan news. Can appreciate metalling as also in this 2 weeks period with no scan until nxt Thursday with NT scan but got a doppler and did here the heart beat I think. Not quite the train I had expected. Hope it was the bean.

iggi do hope alls well!!! Hopefully getting it checked out will make you more relaxed.

This journey is so difficult I had so much wanted to enjoy a. 2nd pregnancy as my first was stressful after my first mc. But it seems we are all going through the painful bit of trying\treatment and pg. Gosh why can't it be easier.

I had an interesting PDF doc sent to me from my acupuncturist written by nduke about NK cells and all the treatment in a summarised form incl IVF it may make interesting reading but not sure if I can post the whole thing.

Hello. Thank you for support as always.
DH thankfully did the right thing and arrived in time to take ds before I was seen. Had a scan - probably the longest one I've had - to monitor the movements. They were satisfied with what they saw, it was odd because the baby was moving on the scan but I could feel nothing on the outside! Baby is lying transversely so they think he/she's moved which has affected what I'm feeling. So relieved, this rollercoaster is never going to stop for me though is it!

My Mr Greedy belly has reached new heights (widths?). All my clothes are tight! According to the scales I have only put on 2-3 pounds since starting the pred, so how can this be?

I'm trying progesterone in the 2ww this cycle. Could that be making it worse? I'm going to start waddling soon!

Great news iggi so worthwhile to get everything checked out. Glad to hear all is well with your scan too Dunnitt.

Am going to test again on Sunday and may try the digital test as that one has usually been pretty reliable for us. Have started taking the cyclogest just in case. Encouraged by batterys story and have been having abdominal cramps and boobs bit bigger but could just all be in my imagination.

COngrats on the good news igggi, when i was pregnant with DS he was in such a tight ball it was hard to feel him move too. Its all so worrying all the time in pregnancy esp after what alot of us have been through.
ANother good scan for dunnit too. excellent news. I an going to lurk for 48 hours now as my scan is on monday and i'm bricking it a bit. Keep getting a niggle in the left lower tummy so now convinvced its ectopiC! i am going slowly mad.
eurochick- progesterone can make you retain water and thus probably makes you feel quite bloated. it also makes you constipated! lovely stuff
