Well flipping' Eco there's so many allocated companies doing our insurance claim I talked to the guy from the finding you a letting company and he'd initially suggested a few round the £525 mark. I said 'there's a nice 4 bed for £675, is that too expensive?' he says 'theres no budget as such but top end of your area is £1600....that much be a but much!' ha ha! Shall we move in here?

yes I'm looking round that house tomorrow. They're much of a muchness round there but apparently it includes white goods which would save us buying and moving them twice so I'm inclined to go for it if it's ok!
Northey my during was ok, smarted a bit! But staff were lovely and reassuring...then I was in pain later cos I had spasms but I was ok with co-codamol, my wheat bag and rest.

I'm not sure, its only two working days after I view it. I'd like to move in between Christmas and new year or after New year. We'll be with family for the weekend anyway.

Northey, I didn't even know they had done mine until I saw the dye coming out of the end of my tubes on the screen. I felt the speculum going in (same feeling as for a smear) and was then conscious of some fiddling going on but that was it. It was really fine. I took 2 nurofen beforehand as I had been scared by the horror stories on the interweb too but I dare say I didn't need them.

The bit I hated most was where they clean your foof with swabs. That was cold and undignified. But it is really fine.

Oh yuck. I don't want someone to clean my foof for me! I am obsessive enough about cleaning in advance anyway. Now I am hideously paranoid.

Sozzles! It was completely pointless too. I'd had a shower just before I went. they got me to assume the position and then got some alcohol wipes in some forceps and sort of waved them pointlessly around my nether regions. The room was freezing as I was the first appointment of the day so I was not amused!

But really, it's fine. I had been dreading it and ended up thanking them like they had just saved my grandmother's life at the end because I was so relieved that it was all over painlessly! You'll be fine. And then you'll have struck another possible issue off the list.

Slightly to ask, but can anyone explain what the difference is between an HSG and a lap and dye? I had mine (the latter)done under GA and don't get why? Ta muchly.

From my understanding an HSG checks whether your tubes are blocked. A Lap n Dye does the same but also allows them to inspect your tubes from the outside..

I had a HSG in April and a Laporoscopy in July. Would have been less faff if they'd just done a Lap n Dye and got it all over and done with in one go!

Lo Hags. My droid is here. I am not very sanguine actually- I am beating myself up for not trying hard enough. I'd managed to convince myself that I was diffed and so had sent several fantasy text messages in my head to my friends and family telling them the good news, before the droid apeared at lunchtime.

Just went to Boots to get the price of CB piss sticks (normally get them off Amazon - can't believe the price difference) however I am so brassic that can't afford to get them till pay day - which is the 28th, and I'll need to start testing on the 26th so I'll have to wait until next month.

You could get away with missing two days of testing. When I was using it the first two days always came up as low anyway.

Sorry about the evil droid fucker though. At least at this time of year you have an excuse for indulging in the gin.
