Faith I am the same. I am normally a three times a week girl (I'm talking about the gym, dirty-minded, BESHes) but between the shyte weather putting me off running and my still somewhat sore bum putting me off most cardio (even walking aggravates it) I am doing v little at the moment.

My "it doesn't happen [immediately] for everyone, you know" is a fairly good standby when you want people to butt out without going into detail about your particular circumstances. I've used it a few times when I didn't want to share and I've never had someone try to continue that line of conversation afterwards!

Jizz test was done ages ago and all was fine. This blood test was just to stop me whining I think!

As for the doctor pissing me off - this is a work doctor who is a wanker and who is treating my like a lesser professional because I am a social worker and not a medic. Game on my friend. I know what I am talking about and he doesn't!
