I am due on around the 11th/12th of May. This is our 4th cycle of TTC number 2, after a MC last Jan, and our 2nd cycle using a Clear Blue Fertility Monitor to keep track of things. We managed to DTD 5 times (a record for us!) in the days just before and while I was (hopefully) ovulating, so I have (despite my best efforts) got my hopes up that this month will be the month.

Anyone else out there got 2 weeks of waiting and symptom-checking looming and want some company?

Hey all
Can I join? Due Sunday, will be testing Saturday (2days time) but have a sneaky feeling we may have cracked it. Got all the symptoms I've had before, although we all know that can mean nothing.
Typical really, as this month is the one where I kicked back, got really drunk several times, and booked an expensive holiday to the USA.

Fingers crossed.

Morning all, BFN here. Feel very low. Think I knew it but because you just want so much to be pg, you just have that little bit of hope. Have made an appointment for me and DH with the GP next week. I know the stats and people will say it takes time etc but I know there is something not right. We got pg twice first go (DD then MC) and I know we've dtd on the right days.

Just so want it to be different. How lovely to have a different reality and be expecting a lovely new baby.

Sorry to be a downer. FX for the rest of you.

ElmMum sorry to hear that. Keep the faith it will happen. AF still hasn't come either.
I have had to get up to pee in the night for 2-3 nights in a row now. If I'm not pregnant I'm going to the doctor for a bladder investigation :)

ElmMum so sorry to hear, I really hope it's only as it's an early test. I'm sure I've read somewhere that even with doing everything 'technically' right the odds are still 1 in 4 for a BFP, that's what I'm telling myself anyway . . .

I've got all my usual PMS symptoms and as this is TTC #1 I've got no idea, I did find myself stuck in traffic yesterday evening and having a feel to see how tender my boobs were and then realising that other people could actually see me Blush

it's going to be a manic few days at work so I'm hoping to wait till at least the weekend if I can't wait till AF is late, everything crossed for anyone else testing today or tomorow

sorry elmmum its shit isnt, particularly since it was so quick before but its probably sheer luck the las times and now you're prob just doing the 1in4 game. how long have u been trying this time?

ive saved my first morning wee in a bottle incase tests arrive thru post in an hour or two- will it still work?

I had another negative today and my period is due tomorrow, so I am definitely out this month. I am feeling a little down about it as this is the 5th month of perfectly timed SWI and nada.

The great thing about charting is that I can now predict the arrival of my period rather than always being taken by surprise.

doesnt mean ur out euro, there are plenty of people on here who havent had positive test until AFTER their period due. When did u ov? it can take 14 days after of to pick up the hcg

My period arrived this morning, so no baby next January for me unfortunately. I wish everyone else good luck but if it doesnt work out I may see you on a similar thread in a month's time! Xx

I only have an 11 day luteal phase and am 11dpo today and feel like AF is imminent.

I am feeling quite positive but I did on cycle 1 last time and it took 3 to get that bfp.

Sorry sims and euro. melies, you've got til Monday so don't give up yet.

I'm going to sign off for a bit - I want to think about something else for a few days and regroup. Going to the doc on Tuesday, so will probably come back then to see how everyone's doing.

ElmMum please don't give up hope yet, at least not until AF comes.

Sorry, Sims. Hope next month is THE month.

I'm still cramping and have been feeling ever so nauseous, but wonder if I'm imagining it. 95% expecting AF any day now, but most likely Sunday. Will treat myself to a glass of wine by way of commiseration when it arrives.

Am day 42 now, a week late, keep thinking AF is coming but nothing so far. Still waiting to do another test. Don't have my most common symptom which is sore boobs, but have AF-like cramps which have become more frequent and obvious in the last few days. Also had a completely unexplained bad mood yesterday but feel fine again today. DH thinks I look "different".
I am really loathe to do another test because I just can't stand it being another BFN this late. Going to wait until Sunday and then either way can see GP on Monday.

well im due af today and no signs of it. woop.
test says BFN though at 9pm. boo.

So not really sure whats going on. if im due today, and first response says no, does that mean game over then? Will do a first urine one tomorrow if AF isnt here but FR said can do any time of the day wee and 99% ccurate on day period is due so feeling :( now about it. having been weeing all day so thought maybe it was a sign. pffft

day 24 and bfn with fmu this am.
Losing hope a bit.
Still getting up in the night to wee and have boobs that seems bigger and sore but with dd would have had a bfp now (was on a 24 day cycle then though).
Going on a hen do this weekend so I guess it's wine o clock for me.

Meh.

I was starting to get slightly optimistic yesterday as FF thought my cycle was triphasic and at my appointment last night my acupuncturist was being quite optimistic. And then I woke up this morning to a MASSIVE temp drop.

So that is 5 cycles of perfectly timed SWI that have deivered precisely nothing.

Oh well, at least I can get my Day 3 blood test done on Monday.

I did an early FR (6 days before) as well - bfn. Better start to resign myself to AF as well I guess.
Hope the docs offer some help.

Day 23 here, bfn on an internet cheapie. Have worked out AF is due Tuesday though, so I'm hoping it's too early. I feel nauseous, have a dry mouth, vivid dreams for the last couple of nights and sore boobs.

Going to pick up a first response test tomorrow to use, as we are off to a barbq sat night. If it's BFN again at least I will be able to have a drink.

Well my internet cheapies have arrived, and have had another BFN, just not with FMU. I am day 27 of a 28 day cycle, so it's really not looking good for me either, but I am being a bit stubborn and refusing to believe it until damned AF arrives!

I didn't test until CD 40 odd last time, as I had never really paid much attention to my cycles.

I really need to accept it though, I have zero symptoms this time.

delilahbelle - I'm very similar to you - negatives on day 24 need to know if I should drink tomorrow night but having symptoms that seem very real (nausea, sore and huge boobs, peeing in the middle of the night..).
I do find this hard.
