Newly pregnant after miscarriage? Here is a nice place to hang out and swap symptoms and worries until you are brave enough to sign up to the grads thread.

yey pinkbean!

Can I canvass opinion? What are your thoughts on asking for a seat on a packed, standing room only train when 4 months pg? Do it, or put up and stand while you still can, albeit uncomfortably?

Emoo try not to worry too much, great news on the hb.

Sorry not much of a catch up -

Wombo def ask for a seat....!!

Izz, repeat after me.... scan will be perfect... i have two perfect beauties already and this one will be no different Grin

Went for a check today and had the most miserable midwife ever :( talk about no bedside manner at all.... no reassurance. Next check 28 weeks YIKES!!

PinkFondantFancy · 30/03/2011 20:13

tunnocks the dress is nice but I don't know whether you'll be comfortable? It'll be annoying if every time you sit down you have to keep yanking it. Why don't you order it, and then if you don't like it, I'm sure you could just return it to a Dorothy Perkins store couldn't you? That way you can investigate its potential from the comfort of your own sofa.

Oh tunnocks just before I left work I discovered that this afternoon I made a cock-up at work, and have now left my blackberry at work so can't find out whether it is categorised as cock up or boss-scream-head-off cock up :( So I guess I'll just have to hope for the best until tomorrow. Arghghghghghghgh.

wombat I have been wondering the same thing myself, albeit I am a few weeks behind you. I am a complete wimp, so I haven't had the guts personally, and instead have been taking a slower train to increase the chance of getting a seat. If I was feeling unwell I might muster the kahunas to ask but otherwise I would be too scared. Not saying that's the right thing to do though.

Velvetcu · 30/03/2011 20:13

tunnocks I love that dress and I think it would look great with a bump! I am also expanding (didn't think it was possible so early my mw says it is) and heard a couple of kids in my class whispering "is she pregnant" today! I only have a week and a bit to hide it til the Easter hols/12 week scan so will have to make an effort.

28 weeks wow nix can you believe you are talking about that already?

wombat i would probably stand but only coz i'm stubborn.

Izz all will be fine :)

Thinking of you tunnocks and fingers crossed for you scan.

Daisybell1 · 31/03/2011 08:42

Oh Tunnocks am really thinking of you today.

Have I told you about my best friend? She bled repeatedly throughout her pregnancy, it was heavy and seemed to happen every 4 weeks ie she bled at about 6 weeks, 10 weeks, 14 etc etc.

It was scary for her, and (not wanting to frighten you) she was hospitalised a couple of times but her gorgeous DS (my lovely godson) is now 18mo and is perfect.

Just wanted to give you some hope

xxx

IreneHeron · 31/03/2011 09:03

Tunnocks hope you're ok, fingers crossed for your scan. Good luck.

Pink good luck for you too, hope the damage is minimal.
