From the last thread:
"He has said - 'no gym, no sex' - that'll do it!"

:o

OMG I love your DH, he sounds hilarious :)

Micky I found in the early days when pregnant (I cant fit in normal clothes from about 6 weeks but not ready for maternity yet) I managed to find some cargo type pants that were elasticated waist. Cant remember where I got them from and anyhow that was years ago. But they were very useful.
What height are you BLUE? I'm 5.2 so no giant but seem to be ok with them. If they a little long on you micky its just a good excuse to buy some nice wedge type sandals Grin

Karbea · 11/04/2011 16:01

Wooo yes we could all do it at the same time Smile

Micky I'm 5ft too! I got some lovely Maxi dresses in Hawaii last summer, I think they were made for Japanese ladies, so fitted me perfectly! Smile

MickyLee · 11/04/2011 17:00

orange I like your thinking! Grin
Karbea I would love to go to Hawaii, Going to tell DH that I need to go for short japenese maxi-dresses! Grin

Gosh arn't we all small on here.

weimy · 11/04/2011 17:01

If we got pg this month would we start showing by summer? Shock

cd18 and still don't know if I have ov'd :(

Deafworm · 11/04/2011 17:08

can i jump on at the back and wait out my last few days with you all? af is due on saturday, im manically symptom spotting and have no patience but no tests either which is probably a good thing!

modernvickyp · 11/04/2011 17:08

Afraid to say that I had to test every day - will power of a gnat! They were all negative but I managed to have pg symptoms!! Time to take a deep breath, get back in the saddle so to speak and work out when to DTD!!! Good to be able to get it out on here though - DH thinks I am a bit mental!

Fingers crossed for no AF for those playing the waiting game.

BlueCrane · 11/04/2011 17:52

I'm 5ft2" but have short legs if that makes any sense so sometimes petite trousers are too long etc! Think I need the maxi dresses from Hawaii too...sounds like a great excuse for an exotic holiday to me Grin

Still at work trying to get project finished but have awful cramps...not like normal AF cramps, more like indigestion but lower down if that makes sense and with shooting pains going downwards...can hardly walk they're so bad and trying v hard not to let my boss notice but he keeps asking me to print things so I have to then get up and over to the printer...arggh...they're getting worse, can't actually move very much at all now!! They couldn't be implantation or is that just wishful thinking on my part given that I'm in agony?? Wink Smile

Karbea · 11/04/2011 18:05

Bluecrane i'm the opposite, I have long legs - people give me funny looks when I tell then Grin, but often petite trousers are too short.

i need to get ready to go to the gym - I DON'T WANT TO GO! Urghhh...

Still missing OH Sad

Cool, so there will be a fe wof us testing at the weekend... I bet I AF comes early... in my one long one short cycle thingy that seems to be happening lately, thisisthe short one so 22/23 days... i'm on 18 today, so could be anytime from Friday onwards... which is nice Hmm

Deafworm · 11/04/2011 18:09

bluecrane if theyre that painful u think it may be worth ringing nhs direct, i dont know very much but you have set my alarm bells ringing from a thread i watched on here where a girl was reporting similar feelings and it was an eptopic, i dont want to panic you but it wouldnt hurt to seek some advise would it?

BlueCrane · 11/04/2011 18:48

They've eased off a bit and just finished my work so going to slowly drive home and see how I get on...will drop by the loos on the way out to the car and check that AF hasn't made an appearance and causing the pain...oh the joys of being female!!

orangehead · 11/04/2011 18:59

Weimy it really depends on the person, two colleagues at work are both 20 weeks, 1 looks very obviously pregnant not fat all bump. The other looks completely the same as she always does flat tummy. I fall into the obviously pregnant group from quite early one, I always try and keep it quiet till 12 weeks but people end up asking me before I get to that point [cheeky mares].
Welcome Deafworm.
Hope you ok blue agree if it really bad you might want to ring nhs, but think it would be a bit early to get pains from eptopic (although no expert in that area)

Deafworm · 11/04/2011 19:07

hope its nothing bluecrane i just didnt want to ignore the little alarm in the back of my head! orange its likely you are right, my knowledge comes entirely from a thread on here where a woman was having eptopic pains and bullied into hospital as she thought it was nothing, its stuck with me ever since.

thanks for the welcome orange, im in the same group as you, i had a family friend figure it out before 6 weeks with dd2 purely because of how my figure changed!

ive got my early symptoms slotting into place but i dont want to get my hopes up just yet, have just ordered my tests!

orangehead · 11/04/2011 19:09

Karbea go to the gym it will do you good I went for a run this morning first one in over a week , this cold left me with a bad chest and was setting my asthma off, I really stuggled on my run and was really miffed off at how one week off and a cold can really set you back. But I felt better for it, even if it was a pathetic run Smile

weimy · 11/04/2011 19:26

Thanks orange! I wonder which group I would be in???

Hope all is ok bluecrane

BlueCrane · 11/04/2011 19:33

I'm home...still in pain but not quite so bad...no sign of AF yet though...getting rather confused here Hmm would just quite like to know what's going on. Am super super bloated as well...feel a bit like a whale! Gonna get a hot water bottle and try to get comfy on the sofa I think! DH doesn't finish work til late and won't be home til nearly 11pm Sad

weimy · 11/04/2011 19:55

Could it be trapped wind?

My sister went to hospital last week the pain was so bad (and she has given birth), & my oh wanted to take me once I was in that much pain. My stomach was bloated and solid, made me double over, and it was like I was being stabbed.

BlueCrane · 11/04/2011 20:12

weimy mmm...that had occurred to me as I do seem to be rather full of wind as well! Blush Will just take it easy this evening I think!

How's everyone else doing?

sevenfrustrateddwarves · 11/04/2011 20:19

Welcome deafworm.

Blue hope you're ok.

Still no sign of anything here, god knows what's going on. I might as well join you all testing at the weekend if I still have no AF, can't have you lot having all the fun :o

weimy · 11/04/2011 20:21

if it is you just have to wait till it goes, :( bloody painful.xx

Karbea · 11/04/2011 20:23

Back from the gym! Was ok, knackered now though!

bluecrane i'm sure it's nothing but worth a call to NHS direct or something ((hugs))

LivinInTheMoment · 11/04/2011 23:44

Ive caught a UTI, thought something was strange with my pee last night. Sorry if tmi, but I'm so gutted. I was at the doctors this morning and he's given me a course of anti-biotics. He knows we're ttc, so he gave me 'baby friendly' anti-biotics. I did not know they even existed? Its just real bad timing as the next few days are my ovulation days and now I just don't feel like shagging. bleahh.

spidookly · 12/04/2011 08:23

BlueCrane - peppermint oil is amazing for releasing trapped wind. I had it very bad after DD2 wad born. Agree you should see doc about pain though, especially combined with AWOL period.

Livin - I hear ya - another post DD2 hangover has been months of almost constant UTIs. I keep my own collection of urine sample pots I have to give them so frequently :o

Sorry you're feeling rubbish :(

I'm getting excited about all this weekend peeing :)

I got really bad muscle separation with DD2 (her again, she was 10lb 3oz - she really took it out of me), so I kind of look pregnant already. That will be my alibi - "no, I always look like this" :o

CD20 - just a few last shags to round out the month, then the 1 week wondering begins :)

Hey bluecrane - how are you this morning? Hope that you are feeling better and no AF. Hope not TMI but it was apparent this morning that I have miscarried (I think) there were a few tears but I am thinking positive and at least it proves that we can get pregnant! So, back on the bus!! Any ideas of how to calculate next OV gratefully received - do you count start of bleed as day 1? Still feeling queasy assume that this is leftover hormones? Fx for everyone today!

BlueCrane · 12/04/2011 09:23

modern am so sorry to hear your news Sad

I am feeling lot better this morning and think chilling on the sofa with a hot water bottle and an early night did the trick. About the call the docs for an appointment though as still no sign of AF, CD40 and 15DPO today...and a bfn with FR this morning too so starting to get a bit frustrated!

wiglovessheep · 12/04/2011 09:25

Morning all- modern I've seen on threads that you may bleed but still be pg, could it be this??

I tested yesterday with cheap test from telco and BFN, invested in clearblue and tested again this morning- and a definate BFP.
I don't quite believe it and will be testing again in a couple of days!!

Hope AF stays away for everyone and there are more BFP's this week
