I started another bus! I can't believe we got full so soon :o

From the last thread:
"He has said - 'no gym, no sex' - that'll do it!"

:o

OMG I love your DH, he sounds hilarious :)

Not much to report here but thought I need to post to keep the bus moving!

DD had a cough last weekend with a temp, then the runs with only slight temp for the last 3 days. wasn't too worried because she was still running around as usual and eating and drinking. But now she been sick twice and dosn't want to eat, though still drinking water so off to the doctors now.

Hope everyone is alright :)

LivinInTheMoment · 09/04/2011 15:50

I haven't been on here in a while and I see theres a few new BFPs!

Congrats to you all you lucky ladies!!

Can't belive I have to wait almost another 3 whole weeks before I can even contemplate peeing on those blasted sticks. sigh!

MickyLee · 09/04/2011 16:41

Think I am going to give up with Fertilityfriend. It is a fantastic tool but my ear thermonmeter (spelling may be wrong) is giving me inacurate temp readings.

Just had loads of EWCM on CD15 and temps gave me cd12 for ovulation. Must SWI tonight!!!

living Why 3 weeks? surely must be under 2 :)

caramelgirl · 09/04/2011 21:43

BFP here, hurrah, hurrah. Sorry so rubbish with posting, do it from 'phone when DD asleep but have been busy with family stuff (nicely busy but busy). Anyway, tested yesterday and again today (using my special saved digital test once I knew it was likely to be good after yesterday's superdrug one).
Wishing you all good luck and BFPs soon (tho' I was thinking 29/02/2012 would be a pretty cool birthday if I did get BFN this time).

sevendwarves · 09/04/2011 22:10

Congratulations caramel

orangehead · 09/04/2011 22:25

Sorry seven.
Hope dd ok Micky, not nice when they ill.

weimy · 09/04/2011 23:03

congrats caramel

BlueCrane · 09/04/2011 23:25

Evening all!! Well...I'm back and have just tried to scan the last weeks worth of posts though really need to go to bed as am shattered after day with family and long journey home. We had a lovely, relaxing break Grin ...BUT no exciting news yet I'm afraid!! I tested on Thursday which was 10DPO and CD35 of possible 37. BFN...put me in such a bad mood I decided I wasn't testing again until tomorrow if AF hadn't shown up...AF due today...no sign yet! Have had cramps on and off for last few days and sore boobs but otherwise nothing to report Sad

So so sorry to hear of others frustrations with tests etc but good to hear of a few BFPs!

Will update tomorrow if any more news!

Now for some sleep!!

PS will get the Brew and cake trolley stocked up tomorrow!

MickyLee · 10/04/2011 06:40

Lovely news caramel :)

Did you have a nice time blue sorry to hear about the BFN. FX for you today that AF doesn't show!

I am really pissed off with DH and won't be SWI for a while (plus had EWCM yesterday so will miss my chance for this month) :(

goingmadtrying · 10/04/2011 08:01

Congrats caramel great news

blue hope you get your bfp today and no af

micky hope things are ok and you and your Dh sort things soon:(

Karbea · 10/04/2011 08:17

Hello,

Sorry been AWOL lately, how are we all? What's the bfp running total now?
I'm into my 2ww now ov'd cd14, now cd17, felt a bit sick last night and this am but too soon for sign spotting surely? Xx

spidookly · 10/04/2011 08:39

Hurray caramel! Delighted for you :)

Lovely to have you back BlueCrane, glad you had a good holiday. fx for more good news in the next few days :)

DH and I have started morning SWI because we're so shattered at night. CD19 now, so past the important time now. Will keep it up a few more days -people have conceived on CD19 before!

Micky - how pissed off are you? Something you could overlook for SWI purposes? :o

OP posts:
MickyLee · 10/04/2011 09:04

I don't know karbea I have heard of people feeling sick straight away before. Let us hope you feel sick for a good reason Grin

spooks I don't know!
Think I am too pissed off to oversee it TBH. He went out on Sunday last week when it was Mothers day. I called him because I thought he was working and could hear he was out. I asked him to ask me first if it was ok if he went out in future ( this is because he works 12 hour days and 7 days a week so we hardley see him anyway)
Last night he told me he had to work late. I told him to try and come home as soon as he could and I would wait up for him. It was 11.30 and I was falling asleep so called to ask what time he was home, when he answered I could hear he was out. I asked him and he said he was still working but then admitted he was out.
He has been a complete arse Angry and could be too late in my cycle for a BFP now!

BTW just to clear what I mean by out is to a Mens cafe he goes to. They all sit drinking coffee playing backgamman - Saddos Grin

sevendwarves · 10/04/2011 09:13

Micky hope you and DH get things sorted out soon.

Blue glad you had a good time. Hope you come on soon with a fully-loaded cake trolley and a BFP.

I've decided I'll do one last test tomorrow morning then give up testing until AF decides to show. How long after a missed AF should I leave it before going to see GP?

orangehead · 10/04/2011 09:14

Hi blue, did you have a good time. Fx crossed for today.
Oh Micky hope you both ok and sort it out.

Karbea · 10/04/2011 14:11

Mickey sounds like you guys need a bit of a chat before getting up to any SWI. Which country do you live in?

No longer feel sick but massive carb cravings!

QQ is it pineapple or grapefruit after you ov? can never remember! xx

BlueCrane · 10/04/2011 14:25

BFN again here this morning I'm afraid Sad feeling pretty irritated with my body tbh...last three cycles have been 30, 35 and 37 days...now on day 38 so cycle just seems to be getting longer each month which is just v irritating! Just want AF to arrive or a BFP...going to try and wait til Tuesday before testing again unless AF arrives...used an FR this morning so it should really have shown up if there was a chance so looks as though AF on her way when she can be bothered to show up!

seven sorry to hear you're still waiting! Have a feeling docs will want you to have been waiting 2 weeks post AF due date before they will do anything...couple of months when I was at docs about something else I asked the q and they just said to keep testing every couple of days as the hormone can take a while to multiply!

Arghh i'm really missing my OH! He is away until next Sunday Sad he goes away a lot but missing him loads today Sad

MickyLee · 10/04/2011 16:24

Karbea sorry to her your missing your DH.. another week and he will be back. We live in Turkey, We do need a chat, you're right about that!

blue :( sorry about the BFN.

I had a nice afternoon with SIL and a good old moan Grin

weimy · 10/04/2011 17:14

Karbea post ov it is pineapple juice x

BlueCrane · 10/04/2011 17:20

micky glad you're feeling a bit better
karbea sorry you're feeling down

I need some advice ladies...last month on CD37 I got some pink CM in the eve just before we DTD and then AF started straight afterwards...the month before we DTD on CD35 and AF started straight afterwards. CD38 today and DH v keen for some DTD action but I'm so nervous as I really don't want AF to come straight afterwards again...now I know that DTD really shouldn't affect implantation or cause AF arrival but I'd really like AF to come of her own accord if she's going to this cycle IYSWIM...but am I being silly? Poor DH trying to be understanding but clearly a bit miffed as he's thinking that if we don't do it and AF does arrive of her own accord then he's got to wait quite a while for another opportunity!! What do you think?

spidookly · 10/04/2011 17:45

IME DTD can speed up the arrival of AF. I don't think it will d that if you're up the duff, just if it's on the way anyway.

So if you feel like a shag, go for it. It might end your interminable cycle. Or give you hope that AF might not come at all :)

OP posts:
sevendwarves · 10/04/2011 17:53

Sorry to hear you're missing your OH karbea

blue we always DTD the night before AF is due otherwise we don't get the chance for a while. If it's been an unsuccessful cycle I'd rather just get AF over and done with. DH is feeling lucky at the moment, I told him last week AF was due so he thinks he's on bonus time! :o

BlueCrane · 10/04/2011 18:03

Thanks spidookly and seven ...you're right...I guess if AF is on her way anyway then her arriving would actually be a blessing...and if not then I guess it shouldn't make any difference...would be nice to know what's going on in there!! Though bet you're thinking the same seven ...must be driving you crazy! When are you testing next?
