Well had a blob of what I think was EWCM, had a slight pink tint to it which makes me think that's definitely what it was. How disgusting is it that we not only closely inspect these things, but share it with the group?

Loving the water- semen tip!! So going to try that
Piles have gone done now thank goodness, because no SWI while that was going on.

No indication if I will manage a BFP later this week, or if AF will come as this will be my first real AF. Hoping if it does come, then it comes on time... oh the waiting will be painful.

Anyhoooo - We're TTC #1. I think I ovulated on Saturday or just after (had the egg white which I read about - sorry for TMI). My periods are 29 - 31 days apart. How do you ladies calculate your luteal phase!?

My last period started on 8 March. You ladies really seem to know what you're doing and I feel so naive :(

AF = period

UCL - usual cycle length

So sorry spidookly, but at least we sort of twins again . We like naughty school girls at the back of the bus.

LB your luteal phase is the length of time between ovulation and getting your period. So if you ovulate on day 14 and have a 28 day cycle length, then you have a 14 day luteal phase.

Thanks guys :) Erm, no, I haven't read about the difference but maybe I should! I'll read back when I get a second - but considering we had SWI (am getting good at this) two days prior, could it have been semen? :( I recognise the consistency from before I was TTC and hope it's the latter.

LB I'm also feeling very naive but can honestly say that I've learnt more about cycles, ttc, etc, in the last few months since joining mn than I have in my life!

Also forgot to mention earlier that I had a little bit of spotting a couple of times last week, it was there when I woke up and each time I thought it was af coming early, but then nothing...?! so not sure what it was, but it could be it's just something I've never noticed before?! Oh well, only 6 days till I find out
