I had a toy aeroplane in mine, and ds had a fireplace in his (ones with just a picture). Ds also has a Playmobil police one - he had a robber in that today.

As usual ds and I are having our advent calendar competition with our picture advent calendars. We have gueesed what will be in the windows each day. We get 2 points for the correct item on the correct day, and 1 point for an item that we guessed but on the wrong day.

So far it's SoMuch - 0 points, ds - 0 points!

Am a bit worried about your Playmobil police MollieO!

Today I had a canoe and ds had a basket of Christmas flowers.

The police calendar had a road barrier.

The cat, dog and Corvid are now lying apparently lifeless in the road, and one of the rodents is lying on its back. Meanwhile the robber has fallen off his bike and is being guarded by one of the police men. The other police man has at last emerged from his bin......

In ours the robber has wrapped himself around the lampost - hardly surprising as it is in the middle of the road. The road barrier is in use as a ....road barrier (there's a first!). Both policemen's bodies have been moved. The question is by whom? Maybe they aren't dead/comatose after all. Maybe they are undercover police only pretending to be dead. Not the most comfortable stakeout I'd have thought. At least we had no snow in Playmobil world.

We got a fir tree today. The woodland animals calender is very sweet but the children aren't interested in playing with it at all.

Today we had a fire engine (me) and some letters (ds).

And in the Playmo calendar some lights to attach to the road barrier. The robber is now lying with his head under the barrier (still attached to his bike).

Today's offerings were a slightly odd hat (me) and a notebook and pencil (ds).

In the Playmo calendar we had a road sign and some traffic cones.

The animals and the robber are now looking more lively, but one of the policemen has gone AWOL.....

I had a duck-shaped inflatable swimming ring and ds had some presents.

In the Playmo calendar he had a police motorbike. I think that was the best police item so far....

I had a goldfish in a bowl today, and ds had a stocking.

The robber and bike are now upside down on the road barrier (looks as if the robber has crashed into it and flipped over!)

Today we had a snorkel and mask (me) and a sprig of holly (ds).

And the Playmobil police had a toilet and washbasin! The robber has now abandoned his bike and is doing a wee in the toilet!

The last day today and Father Christmas is pulling a sleigh full of food for the woodland animals.

I had a baby polar bear in a cardboard box, and ds had a Farther Christmas with sack of presents. Ds has won by 13 points to 1!

In the Playmobil calendar we had a bed for the police cell, and a toothbrush, toothpaste, mug and plate. Ds still very pleased with the Playmo calendar.
