Oh, I really don't like hot honey and salted caramel! They had a gorgeous looking reindeer dessert last year but it contained salted caramel so it got struck off the list.

Right, just checked back. Last year the paper food catalogue appeared in store the same day as the online orders opened. My guess is that it'll be next Tuesday/Weds. (23/24th)

I'm secretly hoping they will have a custard cream trifle or something, one nice dessert that isn't fruity/pistachio/salted caramel please!

You could make that yourself easily enough tbh… I made a custard cream cake by mixing custard powder into the dry mix, a vanilla and custard powder buttercream and then crumbling CCs over it.

For a trifle I’d mix crumbled CCs into custards for the base, top with a custard cake topped with a gentle creme patisserie and topped with whipped cream (add icing sugar and vanilla bean) and crumble CCs on top.
