I know lots of people bought the Fahlo bracelets for Christmas and I wondered how everyone else was getting on with these. I noticed the other day my daughter's turtle seemed not to have moved in a while, and now noticed it says the tracking has stopped working. I know they say it may only last around 6 months but I had expected longer. I have messaged them but think based on date of purchase they will say it's over 6 months and to buy another.

My partner had 1 penguin disappear a month or so before the 6m mark so it was automatically replaced by another

We had both our original animals lose their trackers, and replaced with new animals. One of the replacements lost tracking again and was replaced again. Then, as some people said last year, one of the original animal’s trackers picked up again so now we have two dolphins on there which is pretty sweet. It was especially nice for my DD to see that the original was still alive as she was pretty worried when it stopped tracking!

Character.com have a big sale apparently ending tomorrow. I find the quality hit and miss but have brought Bluey pjs and t-shirt for £3 each and paw patrol joggers for £2. Perfect stocking fillers for DD and at that price I’m not worried if the quality isn’t great

I got my silk pillowcases from Marks and Spencer last year. They were in a sale at the time but now £30. Costco do two packs (I’ve seen in store) but I can’t recall the price.

I picked one up from the JL sale (instore) a couple of weeks ago. It was a Slip one (which are my favourite because they are great quality). It was reduced to £34 which is the cheapest I’ve ever seen this brand. No choice of design though, it’s pink and flowery but my DD loved it.

I got a silk pillowcase from M&S via Ocado the other week. Introductory offer I couldn’t resist but I still look at the Slip ones.

Boots have a cosmopolitan beauty box available currently. It's not something I usually buy however there are some bits on it I already wanted for myself and then a good number of full size products that are very trendy; byoma, laniege, Sol de janiero etc. I will split it and keep those as stocking fillers for my teen.

@saminamamai know, right? I never find bargains so I'm super pleased! I was after trying the colour wow and wanted a setting spray and handbag sized sunscreen so those things alone probably cover the £45. I know my teen will love all the other bits!
