Aldi hot chocolate makers are in now, they’re pretty good and would make a good gift for teens at uni I think. they also had some toys reduced including their version of the pikler triangle

Does anyone know if there’s any such thing as a compact bean to cup coffee machine that also produces boiling water for tea? I’d like to get one for my Mum but she’s got very little worktop space so it would need to replace her kettle.

Or you could get her a boiling water tap to replace the kettle, are they called Quooker?

My 3 year old has asked for ‘Elsa snow’ for Christmas I think this means Elsa’s ice palace. But any frozen toys for a good price let me know team :)

May I please ask for opinions on Caroline Herrera's Good Girl as a gift option for a 16-year-old girl and for her mum, too? They enjoy having the same pressie each year (one each, obvs) and especially love something that's trending and makes good dressing table candy. Still, perfume is so subjective that I'm having a wobble (even though the gift sets I've found are very pretty and comparatively bargainous).

Is it too 'young' to give to both, do you think?

My current favourite girl bargains are these hugely discounted Uniqlo cross-body bags (much beloved by teens and chaotic women like me who need small bags to have Mary Poppins' carpet-bag-esque capacity) in trusty black waterproof fabric (£7.90) and funky pink cord (£3.90). These Monster t-shirts for Labubu-loving teens/tweens (£7.90). And Revolution's Love Actually 12 Day Advent (I've been pairing it with a DVD of the film) for a steal at £10. You could also open it and split the contents for stockings. Both sites are currently on TopCashBack.

My Fahlo order from 25th Nov now has a tracking number but that just tells me that Royal mail are expecting it... it hasn't actually been dispatched yet...

I might reply again to their annoying generic email that tries to blame delays with Royal mail and point out that its not even with Royal mail currently!!

@IamChipmunk I got that over a week ago from Fahlo and royal mail still don't have it. Just as well it's a stocking filler but I certainly won't be ordering from them again.

You get 3 bottles of wine, a cool box with matching stainless steel/cooler wine bottle and 2 cooler tumblers. The top of the box is wooden with indents for the wine tumblers and the idea is you use it as a cheese board. It costs either £35 or £40 depending which link you see, and you can usually choose from 3 or 4 colours. It's really lovely, makes an excellent present. I bought one last year and love it.

I have emailed them again as mine has said this since Wednesday after I chased them that day. I have now requested a refund so will see if they honour that or magically send it.

A long shot, but I saw this candle holder in a magazine and fell in love 😍 image search hasn’t found the right thing, the closest it found didn’t have the ring to hold it with, any ideas???
