Was thinking I was all finished , then remembered two Elf orders from over a week ago hadn’t arrived , strictly speaking they are for a post Christmas birthday. However checked Royal Mail and they haven’t received them a week after ELF supposedly shipped them 😒

On a brighter note , thank you to whoever mentioned the M&S cheap outlet pyjama sets earlier , picked up a very snuggly set yesterday.

Our 15 year old had Good Girl for Christmas last year and likes it. She would be horrified at having the same fragrance as me though!! I do like it and have pinched a few sprays!!

Any help for the Paw Patrol Lookout Tower My Size. It’s in Smyths for £80 but each vehicle is £10 so it would be £140 all in 🙁 DS has his heart set on it and he’s had a rough few months so I’d like to get it for him but budget would be £80-£100 max!! None second hand in my area

I did that and they just said that it was but Royal Mail hadn’t updated the tracking! I then asked for a receipt number as RM needs that to check and they said they don’t have it but can assure me that RM received my order on the 1st. I’m worried that the 3 gifts I ordered from them won’t arrive in time

@CoffeeAndEnnuimy 16 year old is getting good girl for Xmas and would love it if we matched. I don’t think it is a young or old perfume so would be ideal.

I ordered 5 bracelets from Fahlo on 25th November, with no indication at all that they have been shipped - so I've just requested a cancellation. Hopefully they will process my request.

I have a US address that I can use in future if I decide to purchase from them, which might be easier. Although one of the intended recipients lives at that address, so maybe not.

Following the example of others I’ve emailed Fahlo to request a refund and they’ve replied saying they’re escalating my case for review……

On the Fahlo bracelets, you should check out their online reviews - lots of very recent ones saying it's never arrived and people are struggling to get refunds. I think they've done a Sarah Raven and been greedy and now can't keep up with demand.
