Just that really.. I haven't been in the headspace for Christmas yet this year and need to get my arse together!

What is everyone else making? (Or buying, no judgement here and may still be good inspo for something to make!)

The only restrictions for us are that I detest anything lemon and most of the others aren't big on the traditional classics like Christmas cake/pudding or mince pies.

Contenders so far include pistachio tiramisu, some kind of sticky toffee Christmas pudding hybrid (reviews say non Christmas pud fans love it, or tiramisù trifle.

I'll probably make two options anyway so keen to see what others are having!

Trifle, Christmas pudding, cheeseboard. Every year the same thing!

@MrsPositivity1 sure, I use this one https://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/whitechocolate22234

ETA: I use gluten free ginger nuts so as not to poison my coeliac guests 😂

Thank you ❤️

I'm sure that would be fine. I think that's what I did the first time I made it.

Thank you - sorry I missed your reply.
I did end up making it and putting it in the freezer. Now concerned that it won't fit in the oven with everything else as it will need to be in for so long!

This is the white chocolate cheesecake recipe that Blacklock suggest for their yummy cheesecake:

I recommend having little tubs of fruit compote to pour over (though I failed to find goooseberries so we are trying a few gingernuts in the biscuit base and tinned rhubarb).
