Last year I seem to remember deals on posca pens, I didn't need them then , but now DC wants them as their main present, so I need a biggish set. Blimey they're pricey! Any deals anywhere? Thank-you

I was out real life shopping today and saw Ryman have posca pens on offer, not sure if they are the lowest price. I bought dd some fake posca pens from Shein but it’s not her main present and I didn’t want to pay out for posca as she will likely not look after them.

Can anyone recommend some really amazing crumbly fudge? I hate the stuff but DH loves it so I need to find some!

BlackFlyChardonnay · 03/12/2023 17:40

Ugh finally took the plunge on the laithwaites referral discount, entered the code when prompted, but they've charged me full price with no discount 😡 you can't cancel online, and their phone lines are closed. Hoping I get through early tomorrow so I can rectify or cancel ASAP. Really annoying! Great discount, if only it would work.

Can't anyone remember the skincare that was recommended for tweens? Looking for a cleanser and nothing too expensive as I'm not sure my 11 year old will actually stick to a routine (nor does she really need to - puberty is a way away yet.).

My 10 year old has asked for Bubble skincare so I've bought her a moisturiser.

WHSmith have £5 off a £30 spend with code EXTRAFIVE. Might help with Tony box orders?

Doublerainbow23 · 03/12/2023 18:01

Lovemusic82 thanks, I'll take a look

Someaddedsugar · 03/12/2023 18:02

@toprump I've seen Byoma mentioned a lot on here - think you can buy on Amazon

dancemom · 03/12/2023 18:08

Still looking for a discount on buying vouchers of gift cards?

Tesco have 20% off some but none suitable for a teenage boy, ideally looking for Xbox, PlayStation or a sports shop?

buckeejit · 03/12/2023 18:35

This game gets good reviews & is a low price - had in my basket for a while

RJnomore1 · 03/12/2023 18:53

nurmel57 · 03/12/2023 18:54

@toprump my 11yo uses Cetaphil gentle skin. She has dry skin/ eczema and had no reaction to this

Can anyone recommend a good heated throw around the £50 mark? Thanks

@silky86 IMO the Dreamland ones are the best in terms of size and quality. They also have a 2 year guarantee and as all these things have a habit of stopping working this is very handy - I had a no quibble refund from them when my first one stopped after several months. And no hesitation in replacing it with another exactly the same (which is going strong so far!)
They're often on offer at £50ish but a quick Google at the moment is only seeing them at £60. Unless you can get discount codes or offers from an individual retailer to help bring it down? They're sold through lots of big chains such as Argos, Currys, Boots, JL...

ThisHouseWillBeTheDeathOfMe · 03/12/2023 19:55

There's a lot of heated throws being recommended, but can anyone recommend a good deal on what I always knew as an "electric blanket"...the things that go under the fitted sheet on your bed, in a super king size please?

Juniperberries200 · 03/12/2023 19:58

@silky86 I bought one from Amazon for a family member. It was called Dreamcatcher. It's showing at £49.99, but if you click on some of the other colours it reduces to £46.99.
My family member was delighted with it.

LostMyRubySlippers · 03/12/2023 20:07

Have seen on the Lidl app that they’d have a sale starting tomorrow, 50% off the ‘middle of Lidl’- until 8th Dec
They are also doing an advent calendar style thing with different offers each day
