The Works had book advent calendars in store (including Bluey) reduced from £20 to £5. 20% off all spends over £20 too.

fishfingersandchipsagain · 01/12/2023 13:26

That Fossil stacking discount is amazing. I really, really did not need that many handbags though 👜👛👝😑

(but for example:
Juliana hobo £249 reduced to £174
reduced to £87 in the basket
10% off with EXTRA10 takes it to £78
15% with TCB15 to £66
15% as new customer to £56
then 24% cashback meaning
the final price paid is £43 after cashback gets paid)

Many threads ago someone recommended a good small company for essential oils and blends. Can anyone remember who it was.

I am soooo far behind this year and feeling genuine panic!

It was me. Nikura are amazing. I bought quite a few to make shower steamers and bath salts.

Any bargain stocking fillers for men?

Laithwaites have redeemed themselves. Thanks to everyone that used my code. Very impressed with delivery speed (a day) packaging and quality.

Do call them if you have a code going to waste its worth it

What's this laithwaites deal? I feel like I've missed a trick here?!

KG1145 · 01/12/2023 14:20

I ordered a beautiful wooden Christmas wreath from here in the black Friday sales. I love it so ordered a different one last night and one for a friend. I tried to share a picture but can't get it to work so hopefully this link does. This one is £14 so absolute bargain dibor.co.uk/products/red-crimson-rose-wreath-14?refSrc=8225183989993%2C8225183236329%2C8225183826153%2C8225183957225%2C8225082343657%2C8225065238761%2C8224830390505%2C8225020936425&nosto=searchpage-nosto-2

£40 off a £80 spend with a referral code

Ilovepugs2017 · 01/12/2023 14:22

redjoker · 01/12/2023 11:31

Referral code over on the other thread gives you '£40 off when they place their first order with Laithwaites'

I used it to buy the biscuit tin hamper and hotel chocolate hampers. I also signed up for free delivery for a year

total cost £140 down to £27. Share your own referral code on the other thread and if someone uses it they will send you a £40 off voucher. I shared mine here and at work so have ended up with 4 x £40 off vouchers

how do I find the referral thread please? 🙏

Ilovepugs2017 · 01/12/2023 14:30

My RL shopping bargain.

In my local boots they had a 3 for 2 offer on no.7 & the free face and eye palette worth £35

I got lip lacquer 11.95
lipstick 8.95
and nail varnish £7.95 but got that free in the 3 for 2

So they would have been £20.90 but then I had the £10 off £20 spend voucher from boots so it brought it down to £10.90 with the eye palette!

Also I noticed they had the beauty heroes gift set thing free when you spend £20 on self select cosmetics. They did say it wasn’t scanning through and perhaps no.7 wasn’t included but the kind woman in boots let me have it anyway as the advert in store didn’t say it was excluded 👏

So yeah…. All this for £10.90. Very happy 😊

@KG1145 looks like they've spotted the fabulousness of that offer - and it is now up to £22, plus £3.95 postage. Still a good price.

How did you manage this? I have put the choc hamper and biscuit/wine tin in my basket along with the referral code but it’s coming up as £50 to pay. I feel like I’ve missed something

Do the £40 off vouchers stack?

EdenGlen · 01/12/2023 14:42

Anyone got any recommendations for a radio alarm clock preferably which can also be used as a Bluetooth speaker? I have been looking but there are so many. The main problem is that the recipient likes total darkness while they’re asleep so one where you can turn off the display would be ideal.

Ilovepugs2017 · 01/12/2023 14:45

Can anyone point me in the right direction for the referrals thread for laithwates? I’ve tried looking on search but can’t find it

The poster had several referral codes i.e. people had used her referral link several times over the last few weeks.

hby9628 · 01/12/2023 14:48

RL shopping today. The entertainer had a stack of toys that were £5 if you spent over £20. It included stitch jigsaw, hex bug starter set. Also mousetrap down to £16.20, slime sets for a fiver.
Worth a look if you're near a store.

That’s frustrating! I was half way through checking out (was just personalising my door hanger) when the price jumped up 😅

Just checked my M&S App for 12 days of Christmas and I can't get door 1 to open? It is telling me to download the app ..... but I am on the app! What am I doing wrong?

This happened to me, you need to update your app.

Ah! IIRC @redjoker had to phone them to get it to work?

redjoker · 01/12/2023 14:57

I bought the £5 bottle of wine from Laithwaites and made an account
I added my refer a friend link to the bargain thread and shared at work
I have had 5 'successful' clicks and spends
This gives me 5 x £40 off codes
They can only be used one per basket
I had to call to use them because the scheme and codes are crap
I have placed 3 orders with them
2 x Hotel choc Hamper
1 x Biscuit hamper
over the phone he helped me by the unlimited delivery

Hotel choc £50 + £7 delivery - £40 = £17. At this point I signed up for free unlimited deliveries
Biscuit hamper £40 and free delivery - £40 = £0
Hotel choc hamper £50 free delivery - £40 voucher = £10

Total - £27

Still have 2 codes (2 x £40 to use)

Bishbashboshing · 01/12/2023 15:08

My lovely niece has asked for a pair of Ugg ultra mini in black size 4. Cheapest I can find it is £135. Has any one spotted them cheaper any where else by any chance?

Irritatedmum · 01/12/2023 15:08

Laithwaites advent calendar is £69.99 - if you pick something to bump it up to £80 and use a referral from the referral board it’ll take £40 off.

How did you get the new customer 15% for fossil?
I've entered my email into the sign up box twice now but haven't received an email, assuming that's how it works.
