Christmas songs that aren't as well known / popular - Please share

I've recenty found this lovely song and wondered what other gems are out there that get ignored in favour of the well known (overplayed) Christmas songs.

John Denver did a Christmas special with the Muppets in 1979 where if I remember correctly they all wore Victorian costumes (not to be confused with The Muppets Christmas Carol, with Michael Caine) and there are some lovely songs from that one. There is one that has become an earworm recently due to its sounding similar to a very controversial slogan signalling sympathy with the Palestinian cause, but the song itself is sweet and peaceful - it’s my brain at fault. But anyway, following that song on the album is a delightful version of Miss Piggy, Scooter, Gonzo and Robin doing Christmas is Coming (“the goose is getting fat”) which they do in a canon style. Hilarious.

It’s not particularly obscure, but one of my favourites is Kate Bush’s “December Will Be Magic Again” and I hate that it’s not on Spotify so I can’t add it to my Christmas playlist! For some reason it’s never on Christmas albums either.

Jasper Carrott 12 Days of Christmas is hilarious if you're in the right frame of mind. But probably not for little ears 😀

@knackeredcat I love this! I have a vague memory of being taken to see them live as a child. When they sang this song one of the men came in on a skateboard, dressed as a fairy with oranges stuck up his top, which kept falling down as he was jumping about on stage!

The album this comes from, Sing Out, Shout With Joy, was a firm favourite when I was a child and still gets dug out every year in our house; now my 7 year old loves it too!
