A massive thank you to those who have contributed and/or run the prequel threads this year. I can't believe it's another year! I started these when DD was a baby and she's just gone into Year 8!

Thank you! I was just wondering where I could get a good quality mood ring from. My daughter used to buy cheap ones from a local shop and they'd fall apart the same day and now that she's older we often joke about wanting one that won't break so easily so this is perfect.. unfortunately I spent more than I should have on other bits too..

I believe you can order retro unopened copies of magazines. Hear Josh Widdecombe talking about this as he ordered a sealed copy of Smash Hits magazine from 1992.

There's a few accounts on Instagram that are dedicated to 90s nostalgia. You'd get lots of ideas on there.

More brill ideas - the eye hologram made me think of the magic eye books - remember those? You had to squint and cross eyes to see the images. The original books are on eBay for £2.50 - they would actually make great stocking fillers for teens so at that price I’m getting one for my teen too! I envisage it will keep them busy and off phones for a bit 😀

@poostinkywink Maybe a Point Horror or Sweet Valley book? Cheap and easy to find second hand.

We have a local antiques store that has loads of retro toys for not too much money. Trolls, my little pony, beanie babies etc. Might be worth scouting round a few of your local ones to see what they've got.

I thought this Minecraft water bottle might make a good stocking filler for a fan. It says delivery one to two months but at least it should arrive before Christmas.

We’ve had chocolate strawberries from bokksu. Www.bokksu.com they do a subscription but also a shop where you can just buy what you want. Dango is a firm favourite here
